We bought a 2019 CR V EXL from Jarod. He was knowledgeable and helped us through our decision without being pushy. the rest of the team was awesome as well especially Tonia. So many friendly and helpful people everywhere. Definitely a 10 in every way.

Crappy service.Can't even change oil properly.
Ruined the tread of my car oil pan plug by forcing in with air gun. Go for oil change some place you can see what is done to your car or else or you may end up with having to pay for a new oil pan. Diagostic fee demanded in advance.Don't go there on Saturdays cause there are at lunch or even better Never.

Very satisfied with the outcome...
Different members of the sales team were very informed and helpful with me and my wife. A big thank you to Joe in sales. He stuck with us through a lot of questions stuck with us until we drove off the lot in our new Mazda. Also; a big thank you to Todd who was involved in our first visit. Sales manager Mike really did all he could to help us with the right price. We were treated respectfully and graciously in a process that is normally a bit traumatic for me...not this time.

I have never had such a great experience in a car dealership like I had last Tuesday at Stephen Wade! Joe Baughman was so nice to us and even when he is a new agent he helped us a ton. Mark also was really nice to us and make thing happen for us and our family. We love our new car!!!

Stay away from their service
Bought my Honda from this dealer.Service the car there for 3 years due to the extended service contract I paid extra for. Useless.Can't trust the place for a simple oil change. They stripped the tread of the oil drain plug. Recommend unnecessary services. Service is slow,overpriced, and not very friendly either. Will not wash or clean vehicle.

Great experience
Mark and Tonya were great in the process of getting my new CRV. Mark had to answer a lot of questions from me and was very patient in helping me with some basic issues in regard to technology but was willing to take the time. He was the best!
