Coggin Deland Ford-Lincoln

We have used Coggin Deland - Lincoln for the past 20 years and bought several cars from them, plus a car for our daughter. Wouldn't use anybody else. Couldn't ask for any better dealer to do business with, always helpful and caring with any problems, which have been very few. I always recommend my friends or anybody I know looking for a car to go there.

Safety Recall

This was a safety recall regarding the seat belts. I was told tis will be a simple repair. The car was completed in about 1 hour. When I got home to take my wife to the doctor, it was noticed that the technician actually placed the seat belt behind the molding of the car rendering the seat belt useless, With a full car it left us with a passenger in the front seat without the use of a seat belt a safety hazard and against the law in Florida. I returned to the service department at 5:50PM and the gentlemen that take in the cars we kind enough to complete the job correctly.

Service center reception is "cold". The agents pretend like you are invisible as they continue to play with their computer screen. The car was in for a "recall" on the latch. They screwed up the window mechanism and I had to take it back. I hade to take it back again as they had left the latch system loose and it was about to fall off.

good people and repairs completed in a day. had to be delivered to home and picked up, this was completed in a timely manor. Driver was very good.

Vehicle Service

Had a scheduled oil change.Tech saw the post on the battery had to be cleaned also. Well what ever he cleaned the battery post with got tossed all over the engine. Went back a few days later to have the service department clean the engine off. Well most of the white residue was gone except for plastic cover over the engine block. Looks like oil based paint spots. Not really happy with that. Need to train these people better

I've been using Coggins for all my service needs for nearly 10 years, and have always had a very good experience. I was glad to see the Quick Lane reopened and Tyler did a great job in taking care of me. Quality of service and repairs was excellent, as usual. Had you not re-opened the Quick Lane, I would have another service provider.
