Visited one of these days and was looking for a vehicle

Visited one of these days and was looking for a vehicle and the first person to help me out was Andy. Him not being a salesman still was more knowledgeable about some certain vehicles than the actual sales man I spoke to a couple weeks ago, would for sure recommend him to get a promotion or at least some acknowledgment. He gave me great details on a corvette and a hellcat that I still need to make my mind up about but I will be back ASAP thanks to him.

I bought a buy back 2021 Solis Winnebago ProMaster from

I bought a buy back 2021 Solis Winnebago ProMaster from Bill Luke’s, I gotta say, not the best purchase experience. I really never even knew who my sales person was by how I was passed off to a few people. No one was knowledgeable about this vehicle my wife and I had to figure out everything about this vehicle by YouTube while deciding to purchase this vehicle. It’s a converted RV I get that this isn't campers world, but to expect me to pay $57k please show me how to turn on a generator or something. Now when it came to the purchase part, we were sit down by Lex, I told him that my credit is frozen and what credit bureau would they need me to unfreeze for the purchase, I was told Experian so I unfroze that to only be told an hour later that they would need me to unfreeze Trans Union also. I’m over an 800 credit score and my wife’s a 740 with ZERO DEBT and was putting half down in cash , I didn’t understand what’s so hard to find a loan , but I attempted to unfreeze TransUnion but was unsuccessfull that day. After over another hour of waiting for them trying to find a loan it was passed 5:00 banks are now closed so my wife and decided to go home, they wanted to sign paperwork without securing a loan but we declined as we have already wasted enough time. I was able to unfreeze TransUnion when I got home, so I called Lex the next morning at 8am to let him know it’s unfroze for one day and we would like to purchase it if the terms and APR were right. One hour goes by no word, 2nd hour no word , text him and was told managers were in a meeting, 2more hours go by nothing. I text Lex after 12 and told him forget the loan to let Dan know I will be purchasing the vehicle outright and I would need the total purchase price. At 12:16 they finally sent me terms and APR of 7.84% for 72 months LOL. NO THANKS!!! I text Lex I’m taking a Uber over to Bill Luke’s now and should be there in a hour, no reply. A GOOD DEALERSHIP would say let me order you a Lyft from our account such as Avondale Toyota but like I said , no reply. After arriving I was sat down at a table by Lex and never seen him again, Dan told me there working on the paperwork now and someone will be with me shortly. I asked Dan are they going to wash and fill up the vehicle (AS A GOOD DEALERSHIP WOULD) his reply was they won’t fill this up on this deal. I never haggled the price on this vehicle, this was Bill Luke own listing price. Started paperwork they were pushing me to buy a warranty that started at $10k and dropped down to $8k , I declined. The only time they offered to give me a ride was when they needed the cashiers check, 1.5 mile round trip to the bank. I then was giving the keys by Dan and was passed off to a new salesman to take me to the vehicle. On the way to the vehicle the new salesman wanted my phone number to do a survey about my purchase before I left, I told him I’ll do it later. He hooked up my phone to Bluetooth and said good bye. I noticed that Dan didn’t even put the $50 in the vehicle gas tank because it was a little over a quarter tank and that’s where it was the day before on the test ride.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BILL LUKES FOR SERVICE OR A PURCHASE AGAIN!!

Best and fastest experience I've had purchasing a

Best and fastest experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Friendly staff and no crazy hidden fees or mark ups. What you see on their website is what you pay. The only extra I had to pay was tint, sine they hired a contractor to apply it. Not bad. Tint addon is priced fair, a bit less than what you'd pay if you went elsewhere and bought it. I felt no pressure during the whole process. I've been looking for a certain used car for awhile and was able to get it here, had the lowest miles and cheapest fair price nationwide. Will definetly return when my 14 year old needs a car.
