Unsatisfied Customer
I would actually like to Hyundai or the dealer contact me, as the dealer has avoided returning my emails. I've owned four hyundais, so a loyal customer, and when purchasing this current vehicle I traded in another Hyundai I had leased. I was to be issues a check for $2420 to pay off the remaining four payments on the lease, a check was sent, but short $605 or one full payment. I have emailed the dealer two different times to both the sales associate and finance manager with no reply. Worst experience out of the four hyundais ive purchased.

new purchase of 2017 Sonata
several issues that were problems. 1) swayed to buy vehicle in dealership favor rather than customer favor and 2) wanted to pay cash and was manipulated not do to so ( which is wrong) 3) all communication since purchase has been top wrong email address and it has been 10 days and no correction

Good experience, friendly people. I think they need to have snacks and soda's or tea and a TV in the sales area. When buying a car its usually a couple of hours and there is down time.

Salesman was more than Polite, as was the finance gentleman. Just probably mad at myself for not taking more time to review everything. My Lessons Learned.

New car buying experience
We went there just to check on the new 2017 Hyundai but we finally ended up buying it. They were friendly and helped us make a decision. They explained various pricing options and suggested the one that would better suit us. Finally we drove home in our brand new car. Thanks to Andrew, Josh and Kurt.

Stellar car buying experience!
I have never been a fan shopping for a vehicle at car dealerships due to negative past experiences. I was referred to Camelback Hyundai from a coworker who had recently purchased a vehicle from them who raved about her experience, and I was looking for either an Elantra or Sonata. I had called ahead and spoke to a manager named Jason, that I ended up working with throughout the entire experience. Phil the sales person was equally as helpful. I purchased a vehicle for the first time with no stress, hassle or haggling! I highly recommend them!
