I'm not the type of person to write reviews, but I had such an amazing shopping experience that I just had too! I've been searching for weeks but I just couldn't find the right vehicle until I looked at Barrett auto-gallery website! It was a white Mercedes GLK so I sent out an e-mail and was quickly responded by Mr. Rudy Vallejo Internet manager at Barrett. He made things very simple, he even drove all the way to Brownsville to deliver me the vehicle. Which I thought was very curious of him! Thanks Barrett, I'll definitely be back!!!! :) :)

I am not certain what management tells the team at Barrett Auto Gallery, but whatever it is, it clearly works. In my experience with them, there has never been a single instance of a representative doing anything but their absolute best to answer my questions. My impression from observing the way the various employees interact with customers, and each other, is that they derive genuine enjoyment in what they do. Exceedingly gracious customer service is quite rare to encounter, and it is a treat to receive it so unexpectedly--it all seems to flow so naturally that I swear that whomever I was dealing with at any particular time (sales, finance, management) made me feel like they truly cared about helping me with my question or concern. This dealership should make a "how-to" video: that's how smooth the process is with them--not a single problem along the way and I could not have had a more professional car-buying experience. These guys are great and I will not go anywhere else!

This is the only dealership that I go to now not only because of the great deals they always give me but because of the staff the way they treat me, not like any other costumer but like a family member. This was one of my favorite buying experiences. We had been looking for a Jaguar XF for a few months. After finding it online, I made a trip down to McAllen to see it. Tino was extremely helpful with the buying process and we were done in a couple of hours. Mr. Guerra is one of the most pleasant finance managers we have ever dealt with. We look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from them.

I recently purchased a pre owned car from Rudy at Barrett. I live over 500 miles away. Rudy helped me do all the paper work and facilitate the transport at a great price and an expeditious manner. This was all done over the phone. The car was delivered 2 days after financing was complete and it looked brand new, even though it was 2 model years old. This was the easiest buying experience I have ever been through. I highly recommend Rudy at Barrett.
