My car buying experience with Barrett Auto Gallery was nothing less than phenomenal. Mr. Barrett offered UPS, Uncompromising Personalized Service, never nonchalant, and never too pushy. I live in Washington DC, and I would have never thought, that I would have purchase a car in McAllen Texas. I found the car online, I sent an email requesting additional information, within minutes, the owner himself, Jorge Barrett replied with detailed information about the car. Even though Barrett Auto Gallery was 1500 miles away from me, after talking to Mr. Barrett over the phone, I was 1000% convinced that this car was the one. The very next day I arrived in McAllen Texas and Mr. Barrett was right out front in my new Porsche Panamera. I test drove my new car back to his dealership to do the remaining paperwork. The dealership was clean, neat, and fully stocked with all types of luxury vehicles. Most importantly, the entire staff was absolutely professional. I would defiantly recommend Barrett Auto Gallery to everyone, and for the people who live 1500 miles from Texas, you won?t regret taking a trip to good old McAllen Texas, they have palm trees.

From the initial contact through email to signing the paperwork Rudy was always helpful, friendly but never pushy. He worked with us on our time schedule and answered all of the questions we had. The finance staff was nice and the owner was very friendly but Rudy is the best thing about Barretts and will definitely make us a repeat customer.

I purchased a Porsche Cayenne GTS and a Mercedes Benz ML-350 in the same week. My wife has been on the hunt for a ML-350 for some time and found one at Barrett. Everything above and beyond my expectations were meet and exceeded. The network this team has performs magic in restoration. The Porsche is 6 years old and most people assume it is NEW!! The customer service that I got from Tavo was top-notch. This guy shows genuine interest in getting you the vehicle that you want and not the vehicle he wants to sell that you usually get from other dealership. He always demonstrate concern about the customer's satisfaction. The don't use pressure tactics in this deslership. They just love helping people get the car that they need or the car of their dreams. They are open enough to suggest better options to their customers but are never "pushy" and are very respectful of the customer's decision or choices. They carry high quality vehicles in their inventory which makes them the best place to get a pre-owned vehicle. Thanks Tavo for all your help! It's funny that Tavo helped me with my purchase of a BMW 328 Convertible as well as a BMW X5 from another dealership a month ago and I received the same excellent customer service from him.

The Barrett service is beyond the sale of a car. The service provided is about offering what is required for that particular customer. In my case, they solved a problem and this is the second time they have do so ...! I needed a second car for my son who had very specific requirements and Barrett delivered. Many other dealers were given the chance to overcome the challenge and deliver on the specific requirements but Barrett was the only dealership up to the task.
