NOT a dealership of integrity
Acura of Peoria uses a high-pressure, deceptive sales tactic. Beware of the Acura of Peoria Package. We were charged for this package without once being told about it. The total is $2495 and includes wheel locks, nitrogen air in the tires, front window tinting, a trunk tray and door edge-guards. The actual retail cost is $599 including installation if you call the service department and get individual prices. That is a scam of $1896. Not only were we not told of this package, but after realizing we were charged for it, our MDX did not even have all of the items installed that are a part of it. Our sales rep, Eileen Roberts even tried to throw in the edge guards for "free" if we gave her all 10's on her dealership survey even though we had paid for them as part of the package. This dealership is not up front about hidden charges and does not take customer service seriously. The customer relations director, Lexie Cremieux, put it best when she told me "I am at a loss for words" when I presented the price discrepancy. They were not willing to resolve the issue without making us sign a form stating we could legally not verbalize or post negative feedback. If they would have credited us the difference we would not be writing this review, but to us it is more important to make sure no one else gets scammed by this dealership. We have notified the Better Business Bureau but until then take your business elsewhere!!! We bought our first MDX at Acura of Tempe with a smooth, hassle-free process with no hidden charges. We would highly recommend their dealership and really wish we had purchased this MDX there. Hope this saves someone the time and frustration that we went through with Acura of Peoria.

Amazing Experience!
Our experience from walking up to the front door to driving off in our new RDX was AMAZING. Matthew Brunson was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We knew what we wanted and Matthew made it happen. In fact, our RDX was on the showroom floor and they backed it out and we drove it away. There was no high pressure sales, no crazy gimmicks. Just great quality. The sales and finance people to make us feel at home. Eugene in financing was also awesome to work with. The team at Acura of Peoria is top notch. Thank you for staying late to get us into our dream vehicle. We will definitely recommend you to our friends.

Exceptional Experience
I bought my first Acura TSX back in 2004 and have not driven anything else I LOVE these cars!!! I have always come to Acura of Peoria and have always dealt with Calab Watkins. Calab is so professional and really makes the whole car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. He really goes out of his way to makes sure you are getting what you want and it is a win win for both you and the dealership. not what i expected from dealer even if its a used vehicle
Not bad Phillip was nice........ But besides having to get new tires sold with bald tires pretty much.. Probably alligment don't know if the tires are going to wear as bad as the ones Acura of peoria had on when I traded in my car(that had good tires) had to replace passenger strut and busted motor mount on my own no help from dealer ...no hydraulic fluid when I bought the car,dirty dirty brake fluid ,no wheel lock tires were completely locked couldent get them off had to go back and get a diffrent lug pattern put on. good thing I know a lot about hondas and acurass or it would have been bad for a random person with out much car knowledge or with out the funds to get new tires($400) and new strut($120).and TIME to do it and drive around to get all the parts and rent a spring compressor I am now broke.. I want my money back for the warranty that doesn't cover anything and I'd be happy overall not that bad just upset when people don't help at all. they wanted 1200 just to replace the struts and spring assemblies only one strut was bad I did it myself for a fraction of the cost they want money money not to help there paying customers who just got bought a car
