Overall great experience.

Overall great experience. Staff are very welcoming and professional and accommodating. Answered all our questions and concerns. Went above and beyond explaining Leasing versus buying a vehicle. Very pleased with choosing Peoria Acura to purchase/lease our very luxurious beautiful TLX. We are very pleased to be included into the Acura Family. Worst place to get your acura parts from there.

Worst place to get your acura parts from there. Quality of the parts made my issue with emission system worse because if the very poor quality. And the return policy is nit clear on the website, so there is no return unless you didn’t open the product so how do you know it’s bad quality and not working ? By magic plus you pay for the return cost. Good luck with the bad quality bad parts and bad customer service.

Jin Lee is the biggest fraud in the business.

Jin Lee is the biggest fraud in the business. Should talk less and listen and think more. He talks so much xx and so fast he cant even remember what hes doing. Then his flunky Jared Templeton is just as incompetent as Jin. Had a deal set where they were supposed to contribute $2k to sale. Kept sending me purchase orders not showing that $2k and saying yes the down payment will come from them. when it came down to me being a cash buyer they were no longer wanted to do the promised contribution. Jared acted like a total jerk saying it was a mistake when Jin clearly knew i was a cash buyer coming in with a check from USAA and even thanked me for my service. Jared said he didn’t realize i was a cash buyer. Thats total xx. Jin talks so much and faster than he can think thats the only way it could have been a mistake. The also sent me an email giving me $1000 off the unit i was interested in but said he could never sale a unit like the one i wanted under MSRP. But i got the proof. Sorry Jessica you can’t defend the facts in the screen shot pictures provided. You dont email a customer one price luring them to your dealership then not honor the deal or price offered. You work for a Fraud. Arent you tired of defending dishonest pathetic people yet?

When you have a written deal from your incompetent sales manager and owner so save you scripted xx to yourself Jessica. You look just as stupid as them trying to cover for the. When you crowd yourself with trash, you begin to smell like it . Run Jessica, you’re starting to stink too!!
