KHF provided one of the easier buying processes I have had while buying a vehicle. I started looking online and they provided the best process and follow-up you could imagine and had most of the deal done before I ever arrived at the dealership. Great people !

We had been searching for many many months and we were

We had been searching for many many months and we were not afraid to leave if we did not 100% love a car. Thomas was wonderful to work with. He was helpful but not pushy. There was a few concerns with the car before we bought it but Keith Hawthorne made sure everything was right before we took possession of the car. They even made pick up easy since we do not live in town.

Salesperson: Scott Harkins.

Salesperson: Scott Harkins. I came in with my fiancé looking for a new larger suv. Scott made us feel at ease, he was extremely accommodating and patient. The whole dealership experience was relaxed and smooth flowing. Scott was there to answer any and every question we had. After a bad experience at another ford dealership Keith Hawthorne ford provided us an experience of what a car buying process should be. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a car. Ask for Scott Harkins he’s the best.

The 2 sales guys were awesome.

The 2 sales guys were awesome. Management is horrible! Tried to get ball park numbers and at first wouldn’t give them without a credit app. How stupid is that?!? why would i run my credit when there has been nothing to agree upon? The next day i finally get numbers from them. Sales manager Jimmy says well i can get your truck at auction for this much. So he offers me very low on my truck while he keeps his truck above retail! I said if you offer me auction value for my truck then price your truck at auction value. He wouldn’t do it! If you are interested in a vehicle there do yourself a favor and make sure you look up the values! complete xxxxxxxx in my eyes!!

Salesperson, Thomas, was very attentive and responded quickly with any questions or concerns. The one issue we had with the CPO F250 was quickly addressed and fixed to our satisfaction! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and courteous staff!
