Little hole in the wall dealer, claims they do their own inspections and checks. Purchased a vehicle, and then less than a month the turbo seized and the car is now undrivable. Mind you i did nothing to this car except an oil change and fluid check. Purchased the whole thing with cash. Now nearly 3 months in, the car is still broken and i still do not have the title in my hands. They keep stating that it was denied certified delivery 3 times and returned, but i have a doorbell camera, and saw no one attempting a delivery. No attempt at a real resolution, only beating around the bush with responses like "we need our mechanic to look at it" and "can you tow the car to us so we can look at it before we figure anything out" (i sent them pictures of the broken turbo) they are also 60 miles away, not paying for that tow bill. I am now significantly passed my registration and I am now slowly gathering the parts so i can fix it myself.

I felt like I needed to wash my hands when leaving most of them. We bought a fantastic 2009 Toyota Highlander yesterday a a nice price. Auto Brokers was a special find. Kevin and Mike have great upbeat personalities. For me to write a review, the service, price and quality had to be great. Kevin, Mike and Auto Brokers of Colorado on S. Broadway are the real deal. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I found the car of my dreams and Kevin was AWESOME! Everyone typically dreads the process of finding/purchasing a new vehicle. After this most recent experience, I no longer feel that way. I was in the market for a used SUV; specifically a 4Runner or an Xterra. After stopping by 3 larger dealerships with no luck, I decided to drive down Broadway knowing there are many (smaller) dealerships to choose from. I was not expecting to find anything, especially taking in consideration that I had my 2 1/2 year old with me. I spotted a used Xterra in their parking lot and decided to take a look. The price, mileage and year was exactly what I was looking for. Bill greeted us with ease and provided us with all available information on the vehicle. I decided that it was a good purchase for myself. Bill made the whole experience stress-less and actually very easy. I did a trade in (which Bill actually gave me more than what I asked for) and since my kid was ready for a nap, he let me take the new Xterra home and come back a few hours later to complete the signing. While I was gone, Bill even did a little more digging and was able to drop my interest rate an additional 2.5% than what I was expecting. He had also ordered a new side mirror which had not yet arrived the day I purchased; he called as soon as it got in and had the shop install it the next day. I did get the vehicle inspected by a mechanic and I was reassured that it was a smart purchase. Due to the good experience at Auto Brokers of Colorado, I most definitely will recommend this dealership to friends and family. If you are feeling hesitant about purchasing from a smaller dealership, I say give this one a try & hopefully they have what you're looking for. Thanks Bill!
