They also set us up with a great warranty that gives us roadside assistance and a rental car, should we ever need it in the future! As a first time car buyer, I was extremely nervous going into the dealership. I was worried about getting ripped off or run around by a salesman, however, this experience, was exactly the opposite! We were able to walk right onto the lot and check out the car at our leisure. Bill met us there and just handed us the keys and said, "Take it for a spin!" There was no selling and no unnecessary fluff. He was very straightforward with us about repairs and showed us multiple websites (NADA, Kelley BlueBook) to ensure us that we were getting a fair price. This was, by far, the best car buying experience we have ever had. We found the truck we wanted at a very good price; and were able to test drive, write a check, fill out the paperwork and be on our way in less than 90 minutes. No high pressure sales, no gimmicks, just a nice, no pressure car buying experience.

These guys rule! this is the best car buying experience I've had in the last 20 years! Doug, the sales manager I dealt with, was genuinely interested in what vehicle I was looking for, not simply what he could sell me. They had 5 vehicles in the model I was looking for, and access to many more clean, 1-owner vehicles with all the maintenance records! we talked about what I was willing to spend, and which cars I was looking to get, and settled on one car, one price, and we did the paperwork. no back-and-forth, good-cop/bad-cop negotiating tactics like at the big dealerships, and cleaner cars than at the small, neighborhood lots. I'll be buying all my vehicles from these guys. Oh, did I mention I drove 60 miles, from greeley to Englewood (south Denver area) to get this car? I passed tons of lots to work with these guys, and I'm glad I did!

I was initially looking for a Lexus RX on cars.com. During my search i researched not only the cars I was looking for, but wanted to find a dealership with a good reputation. Auto Brokers of Colorado had 2 of the cars I was looking for and I called to talk to sales person. I spoke with Bill Bucheleres. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was right in the middle of something, and called me back within minutes. We talked about their inventory, he made his recommendations, and outlined the path for getting financing set up. The financing was in place that afternoon. Because I live in the mountains and couldn't get there immediately, Bill worked with me to keep the cars there until the next day when I came to see them. Bill was great, very straight forward, no surprises. The car that he suggested I would like was just as it was described. They had gone through the vehicle mechanically and made minor repairs, cleaned it thoroughly, and put on a new set of tires. I purchased the car I came to look at and have had no problems in the first month of ownership. When I was doing my research I saw that this dealership has almost all of their reviews as 5 stars and very, very positive comments, I see why! I recently purchased a vehicle from Doug at Auto Brokers. I was impressed wih their selection of quality vehicles. The vehicles that I looked at, not only had a CarFax, but also copies of its maintenance records. Doug stayed focused on my needs and found me a beautiful car.
