Porsche Cayenne Purchase

Great experience. Jeff Friess was very nice to work with . The whole experience of finding a car on-line, letting Waukesha Porsche know I was interested, Jeff contacting me, trading in a car and then picking the Cayenne up all workout perfectly. Plus Jeff did a great job of delivering the Cayenne. It's has some sophisticated features that after Jeff walking me through there operation I feel very satisfied with knowing how they work I'd buy another car from Waukesha Porsche.

Purchased a 2021 Porsche Cayenne in January 2021. I...

Purchased a 2021 Porsche Cayenne in January 2021. I noticed rust on the exhaust area and contacted Aaron via email. He responded that this was normal. Since this didnt seem right that rust would appear on a car of this calibur and with 1,300 miles on it. So I emailed him back asking to clarify his answer. He has not responded yet. Original email on April 6. I also emailed Angus Fitton, Vice President of PR Porsche Cars North America and he has not responded either. Yet I have received pamphlets from Porsche welcoming me to the Porsche Family. So far I don't feel very welcome.

Jeff at Porsche Waukesha was excellent! He found the perfect car for me with all the features I wanted. He walked me through all the technology patiently until I understood every feature. Jason and everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome. This was the second Porsche I purchased from them. I would not go anywhere else.

New car purchase

Extremely excited about the purchase of a new car at Porsche Waukesha. Working with the sales team was fantastic. The entire process from designing my car to updates from the team as it was being built and eventually delivery was great. They were always available to answer questions. I would definitely recommend the team at International Auto for your car needs. Hope this helps.

Overall experience in purchasing a used cayenne

The service was exceptional and quick. They provided a fair trade in price for my car, and a fair price for my new used car. They went above and beyond to make sure my used car was perfect. Highly recommend Jeff and the dealership!!

Amazing Dealership

I DIDN'T buy my Porsche here, but I wish I did. They gave me better service than my dealer! I had looked at a Taycan they had ordered (mine was already on order), but decided to wait for my build. They followed up, congratulated me on the purchase, and when they found our MY OWN DEALER didn't even walk me through the car, they did so (1 hours) at no charge. This is how you run a dealership. I wish I could rebuy it from them. Jason Mayes is the best.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!

Took my 2012 cayenne s hybrid in for a check engine light. Cost me over $12,000 to fix and about a month. They literally took the whole engine out and put it on the floor to find and fix the problem. Took the truck home and a week later engine light came back on and been on since. And now they say it will cost me another $5,500 to fix the engine light after I already gave them $12,000 for nothing. They kept calling and say this might be wrong and that might be wrong as if they have to clue of what was causing the engine light to be on. I was always a Porsche fan, and loved their vehicle. But after this horrible experience, I no longer will get a Porsche and on top of that I would NEVER go to Porsche of Waukesha. I agreed to paying over $12,000 because I wanted to fix it right but what I get was a waste of money and time. My true experience I got from Porsche is Waukesha is that their technician have no clue about their own vehicle. And they will fix things that don’t need fixing. Also I told them I want to know what my trade in value is and the service guy ( Zack ) say a sale guy will get ahold of me to let me know. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything. All my friends are into luxury car and I told all of them to stay away from Porsche of Waukesha.

We are extremely sorry that you are upset with our facility. We take our customers concerns very seriously. To clarify, you brought your vehicle to us with a rattle from the engine and a check engine light. The code for the check engine light at that time was for, crankshaft position in relation to bank 2 camshaft incorrect allocation. We diagnosed as possible timing chain, timing guide or camshaft sprocket issues causing check engine light and noise from engine. We removed engine from the vehicle, removed timing cover and found the guide rail for bank 2 timing chain tensioner to have come completely detached. Based on those finding we recommended all timing chain components. We completed repairs and returned the vehicle to you. At that time, there were no codes in the cars computer and there was no check engine light on. Three months, and 7,700 miles after the original repairs were completed, you brought the vehicle back with the check engine light on. We scanned your vehicle and found two codes, both bank 1 and bank 2 catalytic efficiency codes. We were clear at that time the catalytic converters are the cause of the check engine light coming on and off and the codes are different from the original repair. At your last visit, five months, and 14,100 miles after the original repairs, the catalytic codes were still in the system, but added were codes for bank 1 intake manifold flap malfunction. We advised at that time we would need more diagnostics to identify the cause of that code. None of these codes were part of your original repair. Unfortunately the check engine light will illuminate for numerous reasons. Again we are sorry you feel this way and if you would like to discuss further we would be more than happy to.
