We owned a 2011 sorento, went to Williams to have it appraised. we were given a fair price and we decided to lease our next sorento. We were very pleased with the customer service we received from Greg Moore. He was never high pressure and just presented options to us. We have never leased before so this was a new experience. Greg made it very easy for us. We are retired and now shouldn't have to think about car repairs. We loved our previous sorento and we look forward to enjoying the upgrades of our new One!

IT was a good experience I would buy a car from Williams Kia again

After losing a serpentine belt in Brevot, Mi. I called Kia service as my Serento was still under warranty, not only did they send a tow truck out 3 hours to pick me up but the was driven 4 hours south to Williams Kia arriving there at 4 am.. It was amazing . Ken Matthews the service manager knew I was there at the dealer waiting for them to open. He was a true professional,friendly,and had the belt covered by the warranty,and I was on my way home in 2 hours

SALESMAN STANDING IN A CIRCLE CHATTING .....HEY GUYS ID LIKE TO BUY A CAR?? OH SORRY WE WERE TELLING STORIES....JUST CAME FROM TOYOTA WANTED TO SEE WHAT YOU HAD' SAW A KIA OPTIMA ON LINE.....YEA WE SOLD THAT.......HOW ABOUT THE JEEP COMPASS? WE GO OUT TO LOOK AND I SAID I WILL TAKE FOR A SPIN. TRADING IN MY ,VAN WOULD LIKE $ 2000...THATS WHAT TOYOTA DEALER OFFERED ....UPON RETURN ERIC SAYS YOUR VAN IS WORTH $50 BUCKS....... I SAID THATS AN INSULT...I CAN SELL TO HOMELESS GUY FOR $60.....GAS IN MY TANK WORTH $50. I SAID IF I BUY IT STRAIGHT OUT WITH NO TRADE IS PRICE NEGOTIABLE? NO.....OUR PRICES ARE THE LOWEST AROUND.... THERE ARE 365 DAYS IN A YEAR... I WILL TELL 1 PERSON EACH DAY WHAT A TURD THIS PLACE IS. MR. WILLIAM MUST BE LIVING IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY. SAD :(

Well run dealership with friendly employees. No big pressure to commit. Even had salesman represent us at a sister dealership ( vehicle # 4 from same man. ) Greg Moore is just a joy to work with. Good selection of all models on site.

This will be the purchase of my second Kia Soul. The first one was not the best service, the salesman was not the best. But I loved the car (used) and your service manager always polite and thorough. I came in last Wednesday, greeted politely by Eric Pfropper. Very well mannered and he was very easy to work with. Eric met all my needs with new car!!! Thank you Kia and Eric! He's the best! We have given Williams Kia 5 stars for their INTEGRITY in helping us to stay within our budget and Dan & Tommy, simply the GREATEST! We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and putting us in a car that made sense to all concerned. We will definitely be going back for our next vehicle, and in the meantime will enjoy our beautiful Kia Rio LX5 until then! I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone, no matter your credit rating or income level. I am a single, retired lady with limited income. I needed a reliable vehicle, but have "bruised" credit. Terry, the sales manager, was personable, professional, and kind. He and the financial personnel treated me well, and persisted until I was able to receive financing and drive away in my beautiful Chevrolet Sonic (aka Bella)...I will always return to them in the future.
