We traded our 2012 Soul for a new 2016 Soul. Our salesperson,Terry Tracey made the entire process extremely easy. He took some basic information and within 15 minutes we had a deal that was acceptable for everyone. They called our insurance agent and made the necessary changes for us, swapped out the plates and we were out the door. I have given an excellent rating as Greg was very friendly and courteous in our dealing with him. we had talked to him on the phone before coming to Traverse City from the UP, he was very considerate of the distance we had come and dealt with us quickly. He was easy to deal with as we knew what we wanted to look at. After our purchase he got us out quickly and back on the road. When we got home, he called to make sure we had a good trip back and was satisfied with the car. Would recommend him to others.
