I had a great experience at Acura North Scottsdale buying my 2019 Acura TLX. Ray Ryan was helpful & knowledgeable. Great atmosphere at this Dealership. No Pressure !! I walked into Acura north Scottsdale one day just looking with no intention of buying. I was greeted by David S. with a warm smile. I explained my situation and we checked out a few cars. I left the store that day with an idea of what I wanted and David said he would let me know if anything came up. David regularly updated me with any changes and responded timely with any questions I had. My customer service experience was excellent. I went back to the store with only the intention of driving a vehicle. David had the vehicle ready to drive when I arrived to the store and the test drive went great. He updated me with important information about the certified preowned vehicles that I was unaware of which ultimately helped me make my choice. During the process David was never pushy which is especially important to me. Buying a vehicle can be a hard choice and I liked that he always respected my boundaries. I would highly recommend David as your sales associate!

Paul Graziano was terrific! He went over every detail of the car before we made our decision to lease and again on day of pickup. He was very patient and very thorough. We had a great experience at Acura of Scottsdale.

My MDX was making a noise that Acura Tempe could not find and seemed uninterested in providing any assistance or resolution, so I called Scottsdale. Although it was a very long drive it was well worth it! Cami was able to get me seen ASAP and Tom diagnosed the issue immediately. They both went above and beyond to fix the issue. My experience with this team was amazing! Tempe Acura has something to learn from the Scottsdale team.

During a regular service on our 2007 Acura RL, a transmission seal was found to be bad. Thanks to the great service, the price for the seal was minimal compared to having to replace the whole transmission. With just over 76,000 miles driven in the last 12 years, this is the only problem that we have encountered. Great car, great dealer!

I went in with one vehicle in mind and left with a different one but it all worked out. Ray and the finance manager(I wish I knew the finance managers name, his hair stood out to me) were very welcoming and made me feel super comfortable after things didn’t go the way I planned. There was no pressure, no BS they were straight forward and honest. They were able to work out a deal for me with the same make and model vehicle just a different color and a newer year with WAY LESS MILES! I’m very appreciative I was very nervous due to some credit issues but Ray reassured me that everything would be ok and he was right. He definitely knew his stuff when it came to the vehicle and he helped me get my iPhone all paired up and ready to go. He’s a real genuine man and you can tell he’s not fake like some of these other sales people. I’m so grateful he was closest to the door when I walked in :)Thanks so much! I love my new car. I needed to replace a car for my son and was looking for a reliable, used fairly inexpensive car that would still last. Rachel listened to our needs and took the time to find the right car. She also spent the time explaining the pros and cons of this brand and model vs others that were options. We ended up buying a Toyota Solara and are positive it was the right choice. The process was painless, quick and fun. I would recommend Acura NS and Rachel to anyone wishing to buy a used or new car.
