Worst experience, will not recommend
Bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander in July 2020, remote key has been acting up so we brought the car to them to be checked. We were referred to Toyota Dealearship instead since they dont do Toyota and they dont have the parts to fix it. So, Toyota said that we were given the wrong remote key and is not totally compatible with the Highlander thats why its acting up. So we called Acura NS about the recommendation but we were advised that we have to pay for it and will just reimburse the amount. Well its worth more than $300 and considering how difficult its been for us to get a hold of them on a timely manner(its been several weeks already if not months since this issue started) plus we were honest with them that the $300 is not within our budget right now. We've done calls after calls, left several messages but to no avail. We will get a call back a week later still without resolution. We have been speaking with a certain Ian and Neil from Parts but to no avail. Once they sold the car, obviously they dont care anymore. So save yourself from frustrations and stress. Find other dealerships.

I just had my RDX worked on at Acura North Scottsdale and am very impressed with my Service Advisor Steffan who went out of his way to accommodate me quickly and efficiently. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and carefully explained the issues that needed to be taken care of.

Highly Recommend
Needed a used car for our new 16 year old driver. Our salesperson, Shannon, was very professional, friendly, and helpful in finding the vehicle. She and her GM fixed all of our requests to make this used vehicle as safe as possible for our daughter. Also enjoyed working with our finance person, Paul.

Highly Recommend
