Our first service experience with Mark Kia couldn't have

Our first service experience with Mark Kia couldn't have been better. I scheduled the appointment online and arrived early. They were ready for the car and knew what services I'd requested. I was out sooner than I expected to be — the wait time was reasonable for what I was having done — and my excellent service adviser, Cori Majercin, thoroughly went over everything they'd done and what I might need to attend to in the near future. Great service.

I expressed interest in a used EV6.

I expressed interest in a used EV6. I provided my email and asked for pricing and trade-in information. I received a couple of emails promising service and asking for my phone number. I declined to provide phone info, and I never received the info I requested. Four-days later, I lost interest.
