I was not completely satisfied with my experience because I previous brought my car in for service and was told it was one issue which I paid for only... to find it was not at all the issue. Then I was told it was another issue which I questioned and challenged and found that was not the issue ether. Finally the issue was found and fixed and they only had my vehicle for five days. I honestly feel like the cost for first mis-diagnoses should be refunded or deducted from my last bill.
I purchased a 2013 Range Rover Sport from Richmond Jaguar Land Rover for $23,000 in April 2020. Although it was over priced with 98000 miles it was a beautiful... car. It was missing the owners manual but the salesman promised he would order me one. It never happened and after many calls regarding the manual the manager told me that it was an old car and they would not give me a manual. This actually was told to my wife whom I purchased the car for. This vehicle was a replacement for her BMW which was T boned and rear ended after spinning around on I 64 so this added to her PTSD. Thoroughly disappointed in what I assumed was a reputable dealership. Not a very people caring organization.
Awesome service, love the 2013 Range Rover Sport HSE we just purchased, they found us the exact vehicle we wanted an we bought it at a fair price for a... certified with only 9,000 miles on it.
Had a major problem with the remote key which was quickly handled as well as an inspection and recalls we were not aware of. We live over an hour and... a half away so the loaner car was great.
We live 2 hours away, so we called first and spoke to Jeb, our salesman. We spoke about the car and he promised the Range Rover was as nice as, if not... nicer than advertised. My wife and I made the 2 hour drive and the car was as promised, it was a very nice and detailed for viewing. Jeb was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and it?s operation and took us for a test drive. We returned a few days later to sign paperwork and collect the Range Rover. From beginning to end Land Rover of Richmond went above and beyond to deliver a truly seem less purchase experience and high quality vehicle. They have a client for life, highly recommend Land Rover of Richmond.
