All the people were very friendly and very helpful. We received excellent service. Everyone in the service department made everything so easy. we appreciated all their help. Also Took a look around The lot with a sales rep. and He was also very helpful, friendly and didn't hard sell us. He took the time to show us some options that might suit us better. Overall from service to sales it was a great experience.

Got a Car from here signed the contract had the car delivered to Las Vegas NV. Three days later got a new contract with a higher payment. When I called I talked to three different people and got three different lies. They promised to send a new contract out however the third one was different again. When I refused contracts one of the salesmen yelled at me on the phone and told me to bring their car back. I did bring the car back and now 30 days later I have not gotten my down payment back. Beware Beware Beware Beware!!!!!!! Stay away from this place. Got the same identical car somewhere else with less miles for much less. Stay away or you will be sorry.

Pontiac g6 steering repair
Eric the service advisor at chapman chevy in tempe az is disrepectful and does not try to help customers took car in for a recall had the car in for service 3 different times for car pulling to the right after a torque sensor was replaced and never got fixed right he just wanted to argue completely rude and mechanic Brian didn't want to fix right should not have recall if the dealer doesn't want to repair it correctly worst place I have ever taken cat to totally rude and disrespectful trying to blame the car saying it needed repairs when it didn't have this before I had taken car in for service

Low customer service, incompetent staff
I have purchased two cars through this dealer but never again! Working with Chapman Chevrolet of Tempe has been an absolute nightmare! Went in a few months ago for an oil change and the service staff was very rude and unprofessional! Then who ever completed the oil change either forgot to add the new oil or did not add enough oil and I am having transmission issues now becasue my car had no oilwhen I took it to a repair shop. The repair shop checked to see if I had an oil leak but the car did not. Silly me, I thought the new oil was included in the price of the oil change! I will never do business with Chevy or Chapman Chevrolet of Tempe ever again and I want to warn other hard working American families to steer clear of this establishment...you will thank me later!

Overall A Good Experience
I researched this dealership along with others for a very specific car that I wanted. When Ivan made contact with me, he was very polite and answered all of my many questions. The dealership was even willing to match and beat the price I had found for the car at another dealership. When I went in for a test drive, he had the car pulled up and ready to go. I knew the tough part would be when I went in the next day to do the paperwork for the car. My mom came with me and she is one tough lady to convince. She knew I wanted the car but she wasn't making it easy for Ivan. However, he remained polite and professional throughout the entire process. At the end of the day, I drove off with a brand new 2017 Equinox. Four stars because we spend most of the day at the dealership. We arrived at 8:45am, took a test drive, and didn't leave until after 1pm. They couldn't find a finance manager to finish us up. This was not helpful with a one-year old. Another reason is financing was brought up more than a couple of times, even though I repeatedly stated that we were not going to finance and were paying cash for the car. The final reason is that I saw an advertisement for an Amazon gift card with the purchase of a new car and I did not receive that. So maybe it should be 3 stars but overall I was pleased.
