Service Rep.

Service Rep. was great, spent time throughly explaining everything needed for my appointment as well as what would be the most convenient and best use of their shuttle service, which provided the best use of my time. Both my service advisor and the shuttle driver were great!! Everyone I have worked with at this dealership since 2017 have been very professional and always helpful.

Once I got past the Alexa, the girl that answered the

Once I got past the Alexa, the girl that answered the phone it was great. However, I had to have my dealership call Earnhardt's to get the call to someone that would help us. We than returned a call to Wendy who was very pleasant and more than willing to help us get our Jeep Grand Cherokee L fixed. We explained we were 1200 miles from home and needed to find out what we were dealing with. Marc Ray was our service advisor he was excellent!! He explained was they would do and kept us in touch with the situation. The Jeep was fixed and Marc text to tell us we could pick it up that same afternoon. Thank you Marc for going beyond and above in kindness and having your dealership help us with exceptional service. He really put our mind at ease and helped us to continue to have a great vacation in Arizona, then drove back to Nebraska without a hitch. We will recommend Earnhardt's in Gilbert to all our friends in both Arizona and Nebraska. Thanks!! Marc Ray gets 10 Stars for his exceptional caring attitude!

Bilal Abdul Tarin is my salesman he's a great guy & after

Bilal Abdul Tarin is my salesman he's a great guy & after getting approved he went an extra mile to setup my Uconnect etc. I only gave them 4 stars ⭐️ when I purchased my Gladiator from them and told them that they have to earn the fifth star ⭐️ when I comeback for Free service maintenance etc. Well after 7 week's of owning the Gladiator I notice that the front 4wd is not working/engaging. Brought it back Monday morning talk to the service writer Alan Clark about the issue & requested to do the first oil change.I got a free loaner vehicle, communicate via text with Alan which is nice. Got a text Tuesday afternoon that they found the issue & will replace the parts under warranty witch is should be.Also Alan Clark said that my Gladiator should be ready by Wednesday between 3-5pm. Thatbwas Tuesday. Sure enough got a phone call Wednesday around 230pm that my Gladiator is ready. Yes I Highly recommend this Dealership Earnhardt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in 1521 E Drivers Way Gilbert, AZ & they earned the fifth star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They treat you like a family 👍
