I have been buying from Earnhrdts for 25 years. I have been using Sean Plunkett as a salesman for over 13 years. I bought 3 vehicles in one day once . No matter when I want to look at something Sean makes it work.

BEWARE!

BEWARE! Missed the issue with my vehicle, tried to charge me for a catalytic converter, had to take it to a Big-O to find out I had a transmission issue - Dodge then refused to fix it, told me to take my business elsewhere, then CHARGED ME to put my car back together!?!?! The way I brought it in! I will NEVER do business with Dodge, Earnhardt or any of these money grubbers!!! BEWARE!!!!

Sean, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I wanted to touch base regarding your recent visits to our service center. During your previous visit, we were able to identify the primary issue with the catalytic converter system, which was documented in the Power Train Control Module. Unfortunately, the component was not covered under your extended service contract from the manufacturer (not Earnhardt’s). Regarding your transmission concern, we weren't able to replicate the issue during your last visit. However, upon your recent request, we conducted further investigation, per your authorization, and found that the transmission did require additional attention. Regrettably, your extended warranty declined coverage for the necessary repairs. Nevertheless, your warranty did reimburse you for the remainder of the contract. As per your decision to not proceed with further repairs at that time and to have the vehicle reassembled, we completed the reinstallment and refill of the transmission components. Please note that these costs were not covered by your extended warranty. We remain committed to resolving the main issues you are experiencing with your vehicle. If you would like to proceed with replacing the catalytic converters and addressing the transmission concern, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you. This dealership, didn't disclose the fact that a jeep we

This dealership, didn't disclose the fact that a jeep we bought had major engine work done. The heads had been replaced with under size heads from a challenger. I had to have the engine replaced. Now I was given an appointment for 9 am to check why the airbag light came on. I waited 3 weeks for the appointment, I brought the jeep in and was told it would be 3 to 4 days before they could even look at it. This is are only vehicle. This dealership is a joke, be careful of their dealership
