Omg! They have a wonderful selection of quality cars! I was sooooo nervous being that this was my first time getting a car financed but Tony was wonderful. He calmed my nerves and made everything easy. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful and no one was pushy at all. The customer service was excellent and I was able to get the car I wanted for a great price. I would definitely recommend Hillman Motors to everyone!

the process was so easy and fast !!!! i went to alot of dealers just to get turned down . they really help you alot . i drove all the way from ft. myers fl but it was well wearth it!!!!!!!! i love my camaro ... Anthony you rock

Anthony was an excellent car salesman he was very quick,polite, and efficient.He was able to get us the exact car we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on the financial side to get us exactly what was suitable for household. I found Hillman Motors via an Internet search for a used compact crossover with low mileage. I had done some research on the Internet regarding suitable vehicles and had narrowed my search to used Toyota Matrix/Pontiac Vibe twins or Suzuki SX4 Crossover with average or lower mileage within 200 miles of my home. Anthony responded promptly by voice mail message to my inquiry sent via Cars.com. Anthony was busy with other customers when I arrived at Hillman Motors, so he handed me off to Allen. Allen was very friendly and professional and was definitely not a high-pressure salesman. He got me pre-approved for a loan in about 15 minutes, despite the fact that I was just emerging from a Chapter 13 bankruptcy with not-so-good credit. After thinking about it overnight, I called Allen the next day and submitted the remaining paperwork he needed by fax to finalize the deal. When I arrived after work to complete the deal, Allen was ready as promised. The only unsavory element to the entire transaction was that I learned there would be a $450.00 dealer fee after reading the paperwork Allen faxed me, and there was no negotiation on that fee, which Allen admitted was pure profit for the dealership. That fee should have been mentioned upfront, as it essentially increased the selling price of the vehicle. Despite that, the price was still fair for the vehicle, so I went ahead with the deal. I would certainly consider buying another vehicle from Hillman Motors in the future, but now forearmed with the knowledge that the price will be higher than advertized due to their dealer fee.

We have been wanting a Malibu for a long time but couldn't get approved anywhere! We went here and was approved with a good monthly payment. I love my new car thanks to Johnny B!! He was a very nice guy and made the buying process easy and fun! Thank you Johnny B!!!

If u r looking for a car and your credit is not in the best shape or even in terrible shape and u have been shopping around with no luck then try Hillman Motors. Mr. Anthony was the best. He was professional, courteous, kind, and patience, and he work with me in every way. I have a nice car, a car that I never thought I would have at this time. Thank u Mr. Anthony for all your help. We were very impressed. My husband went to Lakeland Toyota and was told he couldn't be financed. He contacted Hillman motors with doubt that they could help either. He received a phone call that he was pre approved and to come on down. We were still hesitant as Lakeland Toyota had told us to do the same. Alan was very friendly and informative. When we drove off the lot in our new car, we still couldn't believe it was really happening. The bank approval went through without any problems and we now have a new car. I will refer anyone I know to Hillman motors. Too bad for Lakeland Toyota. I have already told everyone I know that they will not work with anyone that doesn't have a+ credit. I will send all my friends and family that are thinking of getting a vehicle to Hillman motors. Hillman motors is willing to try to get anyone in a vehicle.

My wife and I were looking to buy a used car. Lucky for us we started with Hillman motors in WinterHaven. Never In our wildest dreams did we think a dealer could make us feel so welcome. After being involved with the people at Hillman motors we feel like they are close friends. And we felt that way from the first 5 min. Not one time did we get nervous about any thing. I am telling you was like we were with family! If you want to deal with people that care and try to do anything for you give these guys a chance to be your new dealer. You will not be sorry. After the sale it still stands true service is number one at Hillman motors. We could not be happier.

We started our car search at the big car lots, after countless hours of wasted time we decided to try smaller lots because the big ones kept saying our credit was too bad. We visited several used car lots in the area who said we were approved but the cars they had were very high in miles for the year and they wanted a lot of money down. We took a chance and called a cell phone number from ad we saw online about zero down for bad credit. That's how we found Allen with Hillman Motors. He was very up front with us on the phone and after a few questions told us we should come in. It only took Allen 30 minutes to get us approved on a 2012 with super low miles for no money down. He made our car buying experience fast and easy. Wish we had went to Hillman Motors first! You have made us customers for life!
