I have to say this was my first time ever buying a car, and it was more than successful. Everyone was very kind and so helpful. Going into it I wasn't sure what I was looking for. These guys helped me find the perfect car for me. Also as a first time buyer they really worked with all of my questions! Even though I ended up not buying a car from these guys, dealing with them was one of the best parts of my car search. At first I was disarmed by how cool and nice they were, but soon realized that it was genuine. They were totally up front about the condition of every car on their lot and very willing to offer a fair price. I came back two different times and they even let my girlfriend and me test drive vehicles unaccompanied. I had never experienced that before. Too bad I found my dream car elsewhere... In would reccomend these guys to anyone and will come back when I am in the market for another vehicle.

I was pleased to locate a smaller dealership that had exactly what we wanted, at a very fair price. The complete purchase transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. The desire to provide an excellent customer service experience was evident. Dealership even invited us back for any servicing needs for all of our vehicles. They are seeking long term relationships, not a one time sale. I like their idea of our salesman continuing to be our point of contact, for all of our future needs.

This dealership gave us the best buying experience we have ever had. They did not hawk us when we arrived but let us take our time to look around the lot for a bit. A man named Allen came out after a few minutes and addressed us by name. He was very helpful and attentive, we felt no pressure what so ever. After we had decided to purchase the vehicle he put us through the loan application with record speed. At this time however the dealership was closing, BUT at no point did we feel unwelcome or rushed. The GM, Jeff, personally handeled our closing procedures and kept the dealership open 2 HOURS past closing to make sure all our questions were answered. He then went above and beyond and drove with us to the gass station to fill up our tank so we coud make the 2 hours trip back home. Working with this compnay was like buying a car from your parents. They were fair, honest and helpful. We would drive the 100 miles again just to have this kind of service.

The family car had broken down the day before so we didn't have much money saved up. We really needed a car to go back and forth to work and to daycare. We had called and visited a ton of local dealerships but nobody was willing to work with us on the down payment. When we called Hillman Motors, we ended up talking to a salesman named Tony. We explained our situation to him, and he said he could help us out and would work with us. HE spent the better part of the day working with us trying to get us approved for a car in our price range. We got a MUCH better deal then we anticipated, lower monthly payments, and lower APR, considering what little money we had for a down payment. Thank you guys for helping us getting into a decent car and being so generous by working with us to get us into a vehicle.
