We live out of state and didn't have time for red tape. David and Stephen went above and beyond to make things go smoothly. We found the car we wanted online and drove it home that night. Great car. Great price. No hassle.. We love it.
Frustrating Experience
We were in the market for a used SUV. Test drove one, and were told it would take 30 mins for the dealership to give us a trade in value for our current SUV. One and a half hours later, we had been told a couple of times they would be with us shortly. My husband finally poked his head in the door of evidently the only guy who could go over the numbers with us - (he was with another customer) - and said if you don't have time for us we are leaving. He replied - I am with a customer. We left. I emailed the salesman about 3 hours later, and said I figured I'd hear something from him by now. His email reply simply contained a very low trade-in for our current vehicle. We bought elsewhere.

David Trujillo at Velocity Auto Sales really took care of us. From the onset he communicated very well, and treated us fair and honestly throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to use them again for a future auto purchase. Thank you David!
Sold my dream car to someone else during the buying process
The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Questions weren't answered clearly, I was sent to multiple locations due to lack of effort and awareness of the inventory, there was consistently poor communication, the buying process was very lengthy and poorly handled, and the car was sold to another person a week into the buying process with no regard to the hold that was put on it and constant communication throughout the financing and repair. Drove long distances and took several vacation days because it was the only car in UT that might my criteria. I wouldn't recommend going with this dealership if you want a competent dealer with integrity.

Online auto purchases can be challenging but not with this dealer! First time dealing with Velocity and would highly recommend. A sincere thank you to Jo, Zach and especially Josh for excellent service. Sales person Josh, was sincere and a pleasure to do business with. He answered every call, text and email personally, promptly, courteously and in a genuinely friendly manner. We asked for more pics, he sent them. Josh helped us choose the vehicle that met our needs. We had a specific make, model, color and price in mind and even with all of these requirements, Velocity's extensive inventory and Josh's expertise provided us with more than one choice! Shipping was tricky, but once again Josh and Velocity "made it happen". Even after the "deal was done", Josh followed up with us. Doesn't get any better. Thank you!!!!

Great dealer to work with. The salesman David Trujillo was easy to deal with. Knowledgeable and convenient. I’d highly recommend! From the first call to driving the truck away was a great experience. From the shopping to the trade to the financing. Class acts!

When asking questions about the cars history, I was given very little information. There was no user manual in the car for me to review the technical aspect of the car. found a crack in the windshield the next day which was there when I bought the car.
"We take care of our customers?" NOT!
Purchased a car in November. In December, the car wouldn't start. I had to immediately replace the battery and take the car in to the dealer for diagnostics. I went in with the bills to request their help with them and was told "You bought a car that doesn't deal with cold weather. Sorry 'bout your luck." I asked what happened to "taking care of your customers?" "The car is your problem now." Really? Thanks a lot!
