When asking questions about the cars history, I was given very little information. There was no user manual in the car for me to review the technical aspect of the car. found a crack in the windshield the next day which was there when I bought the car.

Purchased a car in November. In December, the car wouldn't start. I had to immediately replace the battery and take the car in to the dealer for diagnostics. I went in with the bills to request their help with them and was told "You bought a car that doesn't deal with cold weather. Sorry 'bout your luck." I asked what happened to "taking care of your customers?" "The car is your problem now." Really? Thanks a lot!

Bought a truck from them a few months ago. And it has been in the shop for mechanical problems 5 times now. And now the check engine light just came on again. seriously 40k in dept. to broken piece of xxxx.

Velocity auto sale have a very worst working ethic, Worst customer service. They sell cars that are in their broken conditions for customers to buy. Financing office is where they lure you into deals that you don't even know how much it cost. There is a lot of add on fee that they don't even discuss with you. Be careful, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Don’t make the same mistake that I did. As others have stated here they tell you that you have to pay for vehicle etching. They waited until the paperwork was done before they told me there was only 1 key and that I had to order a custom key and have it machined. called and requested for a manager to call me. He didn’t have the xxxxx to call Stay away from these crooks!
