Crews Subaru

On 2-27-2026 I arrived at Crews for my first Maintenance service, I was warmly greeted and told it would take about an hour. Sure enough I was checked out about 45 minutes later. I did not receive a videotaped walk thru as listed on my printout. I am also very disappointed that my engine wasn't blown off from the leaves and acorns. Isn't that mandatory to keep the engine debris free as possible? On 3-2-2026 I received an email saying that I had missed my appointment on 2-27-2026 and would I like to reschedule. This was my first trip to Crews and I am disappointed. I love my Subaru Outback but not pleased with the service.

By far my best experience with an auto dealership. From sales to service to administrative staff, everyone is cordial, pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend them and look forward to a continued relationship for the service & maintenance of my 2024 Outback.

The sales agent was terrific to work with. He was helpful and showing me the two cars I was interested in, he got what I wanted for my trade-in, and we close the deal within a couple hundred dollars of where I wanted to be. there was a small ding in the windshield and he made sure that was fixed And he managed to get me a cargo cover, which was missing from the car I purchased. He really went above and beyond. The gentleman in finance was also terrific. He gave me a great rate, explained everything well, and got me up and out the door without any kind of haggling. It was an excellent experience and the second time I bought a car from the dealership.
