Excellent Buying Experience

Went in with tire losing air - left with tire losing air
I took my 2016 Subaru WRX into Crews Subaru December 30. I was loosing air in two of my four tires. They took my car back quickly (I was the first appointment of the day). After looking at the car they told me I needed a new tire because the nail was to close to the sidewall to patch. I said ok and gave them the go ahead to order the new tire for me car. The service center guy said the new tire would arrive around 10 AM the next day and they would call me immediately to come in the next day and have the tire replaced. The day comes and no phone call. I call around 3PM to give them time and ask what the status is of the tire. One of the service counter employees told me that the guy handling my car would call me back immediately and that he left a note on his desk. It is now January 20th, over 3 weeks later and no call. This dealership is a complete joke. After two weeks and no call I took my car to another tire center who found that TWO of my tires were damaged and NEITHER of them needed to be replaced. I ended up purchasing 4 new all season tires anyways because we were moving north and I had summer tires. Crews Subaru is the worst dealer and service center I have ever dealt with, and I recommend anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

We do apologize for the poor communication on this issue. There is no excuse for that and we will use this a learning situation for our team. As far as tire repair compared to replacement on vehicles. For safety, insurance and liability reasons any puncture in the last section of inner or outer edges of tire are not allowed by tire manufacturer to be patched (plugs are not supposed to be used) due to a higher probability of repair not holding. We have an open shop policy to any customer to come back and take a look at vehicles before any repairs are made or for any explanation for the repair.
Second purchase at Crews
This is my second purchase this year at Crews Subaru. My daughter totaled her first one and they helped make getting the next one seamless.

Fast, easy, no hassle
We just bought our third family Subaru from Crews. All three experiences were fast, easy and without hassle. In addition to selling a great product, Crews provides knowledgeable, friendly people to make buying a car actually enjoyable. Our dog loves visiting the showroom with us - an added benefit. We got one of our cars serviced while completing the closing paperwork - one stop shopping indeed!

Low Country Hospitality!
From the minute I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. The overall vibe at Crews is warm and welcoming. We visited other local dealerships and I can easily say there was a big difference customer service we experienced. Even if a car sells itself, which with all the safety features available on our new Outback made our choice a no brainier, it was the professionalism and knowledge of the staff that really sealed the deal!

Great experience with this dealer.
Good After-purchased customer service. But still took a little too long for the whole purchase process. Hope they would contact us and note what we need to bring to complete the whole process before we picked up our new car. Over all, great experience. Recommend!
