Excellent, fast, friendly service from Travis !
I was met quickly and greeted kindly by Travis. He was clear speaking in language I could understand. He was detailed and worked with me when there was more work to be done and was friendly about it!. He was patient talking with my spouse on the phone. Travis gave me a time frame and was under it! (Even after add-ons that needed to be done). He went out of his way to show me the lounges and massage chair rooms and gave me a coupon for 2 snacks. I tried all the rooms and massage chair. I was impressed-comfortable, perfect room temp and music so far in background I couldn’t hear it. Thanks Travis for excellent service!

Excellent Service Experience
Great service, diagnostic abilities and skilled mechanics made my service experience exceptional. The communication throughout this process was amazing. After the problem was discovered, a plan was in place by my service advisor to include a rental car. The problem was fixed and I didn't miss a beat. The surroundings are comfortable and there are many added perks to make a five star service.

Best waiting room ever, friendly staff
The staff was incredibly friendly from the first person that greeted you to the staff member in the cafe. There are multiple areas for you to sit and wait while your car is being serviced, and they also have a little cafe area. I feel comfortable there. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful!

Very pleasant experience!
I had the battery in my 2010 Tundra go bad. Lindsay Fenton was my service advisor and got me logged in guickly and provided a cost estimate and timing. Clean, comfortable waiting area and the new battery was installed quickly and had me on my way with little delay.

Enrique was my Service Advisor and he was simply amazing! He walked me through every step of my service visit. The dealership offers free snacks and coffee and an amazing guest lounge area! Very professional service

I had my 5000 mile check up. Frank helped me and couldn’t have made it a better experience. Not only did he make it easy, he explained things to me and answered my questions. Good service...Sales, not so much
Got a call from the sales department @Precision telling us they were interested in our car for trade in the day before it’s service visit. I took the bait. Then they actually had the gall to low ball my trade in. Bought my new car @ a different dealership.
