Overall great experience
We have never had such a pleasant experience with everyone at a dealership that we dealt with. From the people that greated is at the door to the salesman (Enrique) and the finance guy as well. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle there as well.

Five stars for Enrique! Enrique Duran was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle as well as the process for buying new and entering a partnership with Precision Toyota ! He kept me informed during the entire process, with either email or phone calls , He kept me updated as to where my car was at all times. She made it a very pleasant experience
Kayla Ivy meat me right away. Knew what zi es there For, Said it would take about 1/.30 hrs. Offered the ride home. (Gave me the cost and ask If I need or would like any other work done today ) Helped me and my walker out of the car. Took me to her desk. Took me to the waiting area. Showed me the breakfast area She had given me a card for drink and two items. Came for me when at ready. Gave me a card for car wash. Seated me inn my car and put the Walker in the back seat. How can your service be better than that? No way - the service wasn’t bad before However this was a tremendous noticeable improvement. I was concerned Justin was on vacation as hi had always taken excellent care of me and my car,however Kayla made it equally a pleasure.
