Great people. You are treated with respect. Our salesman, Vince M. , was fantastic. What a great guy. Do was our finance guy, Mark I. Really listened. The facility is very comfortable. The cafe is a nice touch. Great hot chocolate.

Staff, facility, service
The place , the facility, from top to bottom and inside and out , Toyota In Wetmore Tucson, AZ is absolutely the best . The staff, particularly Lindsey is very nice and is absolutely friendly and knows exactly her job . She made sure that I am taking care of while I was waiting for couple of hours . She explained to me in detail the issue of my car and what needs to be done . You will not get bored while waiting for your car to be done because they give us free snack with unlimited drinks . Comfy ambiance, free phone or electronic charging station while you sit on to their comfy booth or regular chairs. If you have kids with you while waiting for your car, there is a separate kids room exclusively for them . Their bathrooms are well maintained and clean . There’s only one thing I would like to suggest tho but not too bad . The elderly lady that takes care of the snack /food area is a little bit annoying . With all due respect, pardon me but she needs to slow down a little bit and tone down her voice because I can hear her voice over and over while I was sitting towards further back seat. There’s a new mid 20s staff that I believe on training with her . She’s perfect to that job . Her voice is toned down but I noticed she’s not given enough time and chance to do her job as this elderly One keeps talking and wanted to be on stage all the time . Just tone down her voice a little bit and her facial expression is kinda intimidating while I was getting my snack which I know what to do and which ones I can get and not . Thank you and I will definitely recommend this place and location to my fam and co-workers !

positive and informative
Purchased new Rav4 in 2006, had a positive experience at Precision Toyota then. It had 235m miles when it broke down this week, requiring several thousand dollars in repairs. Great car, bought the 2018 model 2 days ago.

Great customer service - treated as VIPs!
I currently work in a customer service industry and since I provide this type of service I’m very critical of other company’s service. We were impressed with the service by Saber Farmaoui and David Ballesteros, whom with their knowledge and professionalism made the sale. We are so happy with our new XLE Highlander.

Rav-4 Purchase
My wife and I bought a car from Carlos, which was a pleasant experience. When I walked into the dealership I was impressed with the overall cleanliness and amenities offered by Precision. Carlos didn’t try to pressure me into a sale he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle we chose as well as the price we received for the vehicle. The buying process was fairly quick with very little negotiations, we were happy to the price presented to us. I have already recommended Precision to co-workers looking to buy a newer vehicle.
