Love Precision Toyota!

I absolutely love Precision Toyota for all my service needs. They never try to sell me on anything I don’t really need. My service guy, Travis Robinson is absolutely great! Customer service is awesome! I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

3 time customer, Mike Dougal and Sunny Davis are the best

I just cannot say enough good things about the Precision team, especially Travis Robinson (Service) Mike Dougall (Sales) and Sunny Davis (Customer Relations). I have bought 3 new vehicles from Precision and every experience has been the best one yet. The last purchase I definately did not make things easy for anyone, but Sunny, Mike and the whole team went OVER and ABOVE and then some just to make me happy (especially given the amount of grief I caused). I honestly cannot say I have ever experienced or heard of a dealer willing to go to such extremes to keep a customer happy. I intend to be a loyal customer for life and will continue to refer all my family, friends and coworkers to Precision. Don't bother going anywhere else, this is honestly the only place you should consider buying your new vehicle from. Thank you again Mike, Sunny and the Precision team.

Service

Everyone at the dealership for service was extremely friendly courteous efficient attentive and I enjoyed my experience. Dave Parker was and is always friendly concerned and on top of things when it comes to advising me of what needs to be done. Connor is very professional and keeps everything organized. Greg Stewart offered to help in anyway that he could. The place is gorgeous inside and I always enjoy the snack bar.

Prius Recall

They actually called us about the recall to fix a software issue. Kayla assisted with the check in at Service and was efficient and friendly. I used the shuttle service and Robert was an excellent driver and I enjoyed s relaxing 30 min. drive home and later back to pick up the Prius. The facility is beautiful, has a cafe and many quiet comfortable places to sit and wait while your car is being serviced. What a really well organized facility. I highly recommend Precision Toyota in Tucson.

Precision Toyota Best Dealer in USA

I bought a Toyota 4 Runner from Precision and the experience was wonderful. But beyond that,the on going Service for my Truck, including even the Collision Center, has been over the top excellent!!!! Kind, Professional and Honest. Peter, the Service Director is a genius and his entire crew wonderful.Toyotas are the Best Trucks and now Corporate ought to give Precision Toyota it’s ‘Dealer if the Year Award.’ Best Shop in North America!!!!!!

Excellent and patient customer service.

Excellent and patient customer service from Ulysses & Pablo. When I first came to Precision I had no idea which make or model I was looking for. Ulysses was so patient explaining everything to me as I asked him a lot of questions about each of the vehicles and then left to test drive other makes and do research. I returned on three more occassions, working with Pablo when Ulysses was with other guests. Each time they were patient without being pushy or frustrated. A great experience thanks to these two salespeople.

Service recall

Another outstanding visit to the service department. Can’t say enough about my service advisor, David Burt. As always, he was thorough, courteous and completely explained what was to be done. Will continue to bring my vehicle in for service although it is a 150 mile Round trip.

Transmission Replacement on 2017 Highlander

After the shock of having a failed transmission on my SUV with less than 21K miles, Precision Toyota completed the replacement in two days and did an excellent job. Service personnel were helpful and efficient. Just completed a 2K road trip after replacement and absolutely no problems. Great job and thank you Precision.
