Needs work
Pulled into service bay for scheduled appointment. After 10 minutes was greeted by staff who took our information. (No signs around to indicate process) waited another 10 minutes and was greeted by another staff member Who took our information AGAIN and did a walk around. Waited another 10 minutes and was greeted by yet another staff member who had no awareness we had been checked in previously and appeared annoyed that he would need to research who checked us in previously. He did apologize. I get it - stuff happens. He then told us to wait in waiting area for shuttle in 20 minutes. Waited 20 minutes - no shuttle. Waited 20 minutes more and asked staff re: shuttle. She was new so went to our rep to inquire. He said there wasn’t a shuttle yet but they expect one soon. Within 10 minutes we were on a shuttle to the mall. While in the shuttle, a very demanding and self important man took the front seat and assumed his destination took priority over any other of the 6 passengers in the shuttle. He nearly assaulted the driver when he wasn’t the first drop point. Our rep did call when our vehicle was completed and then arranged for a Lyft ride back to the dealership. This was quick and efficient. Since this was our first visit to Precision Toyota I was not impressed.

Hi Pam, Thank you for your feedback regarding your service visit and speaking with me yesterday. We were all disappointed to see your reviews and it's something we will learn from. I pulled the video footage so I could see exactly what happened while you were here. You arrived at 10:19 am, and were greeted by Mark Mata within less than a minute. Mark did have to get a different advisor for your to work with due to the age of your truck, but he wanted to be sure you were welcomed. At 10: 22 am another service team member approach your truck and ask you to pull forward, and 10:28 am Jay was there. We use a computer system that allows use to let all our service advisors know which guest is to be helped next. The drive is a busy place and we want all our guests to be helped in order. By mistake, the system said a Rav4 was next twice, which pushed your Tacoma above on the system, so Jay didn't see it. As soon as Jay figured that out, he stopped what he was doing and came to you. Your wait was too long, and you have our sincere apology. As far as the guest on the shuttle that was causing problems, he has been dealt with via our service director. We want all our guests to feel safe and enjoy their time here or in the shuttle. You were concerned about the shuttle driver when we spoke yesterday, and I want you to know that he is just fine. It was very nice of you to ask about him. Please let me know about the items we spoke of over the phone. I'm here to help you anytime, or your son. Thank you again for your time. Travis was great at listing to what I wanted to do to upgrade the off-road capabilities of my FJ. He was flexible in the service scheduling and always shows the utmost respect to his customers.

Great service!
They have massage chairs. I kid you not. They have a quiet waiting area upstairs as well as a kids area on the main floor. Seems like they're trying. The employees seem young and responses seem scripted but I think they're doing well.

Great service!
Ryan provided the best service I have ever had. I went in for an oil change and it turned out that my pickup needed much more work. Ryan made arrangements for a loaner car, explained clearly, all the work that needed to be done, and kept me informed of the status of the repairs. My compliments to the mechanic who did great work, as well. We are new to Tucson, and now we will never take our Toyota any where else for maintenance. Thank you, Ryan for all your help!
