Rip offs! Purchased expensive platinum service plan that did not cover dead batteries on a 1 year old $80k diesel Ram. Batteries have 2 year free replacement that they did not honor. Terrible service. Shop elsewhere.

A Great, Day

Our sales man Victor Peralta took great care to accommodate our needs and his follow up customer service was exemplary. I would recommend Melloy Dodge and Victor to anyone I know looking for a car.

Horrible Customer Service

I asked my 18 year old son to go look for a new car. I told him to look, but not try and test drive anything without me. He wants a Challenger, preferably a Hellcat. He went to Melloy Dodge and found one he likes. A salesman asked my son if he could help him. My son asked if he could see the inside of the one he found, and explained to the salesman that he didn't want to test drive it. The salesman said he would go get the keys. Ten minutes later, my son, still standing at the car waiting, looked over and saw six salesmen sitting at a table. They were pointing to my son and laughing. I can understand questioning an 18 year old having the ability to buy that particular vehicle, but to sit and laugh at him is horrible. I am looking to buy myself a new Dodge 2500/3500 Truck and him a vehicle at the same time. I absolutely will never purchase a vehicle from Melloy Dodge in Albuquerque. If that is how they treat someone, anyone that walks on their lot, they will never get any of my business. If the sales team can be that blatant about not caring about a customer, I can only imagine how much the sales manager and higher ups truly don't care. Will never go back.

Ram 1500 Rebel Convert

Thanks Christina Blair for helping us make the right decision to buy a Ram 1500 Rebel. I've always been a Toyota guy, but thanks to the guidance from Christina, I feel confident buying an American Ram from Melloy. I am so impressed with the Dodge lineup, I'm looking into a new Challenger Hellcat for a performance vehicle, that is when the finances permit it.

Service Department is bar-none. I have a 2006 Dodge 2500 Diesel and had a bit of trouble with 4x4 - what I thought would be expensive, was fixed quickly and professionally for a low price. Friendly, courteous staff. I hope they'll be taking care of my RAM for years to come!

Great experience

This was by far the best buying experience. James W. was quick and honest and everything. From the online inquiry to finally signing all my documents. I love my new car and will always recommend friends and family to stop in and see James. Thank you again .

Selling Know Defective New Ram Trucks

Melloy Dodge will willing sell you a know defective 2019 Ram and when you try to return it, they wont take it. Since July they haven't been able to fix it, and say a fix may be coming. For $64,000, my truck should work. The service department told me not to bring it in, it will be fixed by a truck download, which hasn't happened since July and Uconnect says there is no fix coming soon. I am still trying to lemon the truck and I guess I will need to sue them to get proper customer service. Another small clue as to how business is done at Chrysler is they are not even associated with the Better Business Bureau. After learning this, all that's happened to me makes sense now.

Horrible service department. No calls returned. Answering service has to apologize for all depts and their service. Had a friend take me across town to find out what I neede to do to get in neutral to just get towed to you for service despite only 5K miles. My experience- think twice before you buy from them. Then think again. I will never buy from this dealership again

Price

5 dealerships visited in the last 2 days. Went into Melloy dodge today and looked at a used Rebel. There asking price was 35k I told them I had a trade in, after pay off, would be about 6k down and I could've thrown in another 2k. I mentioned in didn't want to pay more than $450 a month. They came back sayin $600 a month fort a 36k loan. Funny they didn't even take into account the down and trade. Ran the numbers through a friend who works at a little dealership and even with a moderately high interest, the payments would be around $464. Beware they will not take into account extra funds or trades. If they do they will raise the price of the vehicle.

Worst dealer service experience

Stranded in Santa Fe with a camper and a truck threatening to derate. Santa Fe dealer determines what the problem is but can’t get the part (over a weekend) for 4 days. After 4(!) calls to the Melloy service department we are assured they have the part and can put it in if we get right there. Drive 65 miles to abq just to be told they had sold the part! No apologies - the tech first tried to blame us by saying he was waiting for a call back from us (not true, we told him we were coming) and then claimed that he couldn’t have saved us the trip because he didn’t know the part had been sold. That’s the trouble right there. No one at Melloy seems to know what anyone else is doing. Terribly disorganized! And to add insult to injury, when we went to leave, they gave us the wrong keys!
