great patients

Big thanks to our salesman for their great service to me and my wife, this was going to be her new car and she was quite picky on what she wanted and Migel helped her at every change of her mind. Everone was great and this is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from American Toyota and 7th from the LHM franchise's here in Albuquerque

Great Experience

I was looking for a new car after my previous car got totaled. My friend's dad, Ray Spacagna, works there, so she refered me to go to American Toyota. Ray was very helpful in finding me a great car that he knew I would love, he explained the finances very well and got me a great deal on my new Toyota quickly. I would recommend this dealership, as well as Ray, to anyone who is looking for a new car.

Length of wait upon arrival

A bit bothered by the fact it took almost 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence in the Service Lane despite there only being one other vehicle there which was already being attended. There were about 10 employees in the area and it took someone coming from the Service Area to wait on me.

Too many requests for survey

Your sales staff are outstanding, your service personnel are courteous and professional. We enjoy using Larry Miller for sales and for service. We dislike the fact that we received numerous phone calls and now an email asking us for our opinion of your service. My husband takes the car in, but I drive it. My husband takes the truck in and we both drive it. Yet you insist that he answer your questions, which he has done already--and gave a good rating. I also give you a good rating. It would be nice if you ALWAYS send your request for survey via email or regular mail. We really do dislike getting all the phone calls related to this subject.

Feeling Lucky

I was looking for a used Tacoma for a few months and decided to look at new Tacomas. One afternoon I visited the American Toyota Dealership and the perfect new Tacoma was on the lot, TRD Off Road and the color we wanted. Thanks American Toyota!

The service department at American Toyota is the best! My car is serviced on time, it's done when they say it'll be done, it's returned cleaner than when I dropped it off, and everyone is friendly and very responsive.
