    I recently drove out from Souther California to look at a 2017 Toyota Tundra. The truck was in great shape, as described by our sales person Mindy. It... was a pleasure dealing with Mindy and the finance team, and we were back in the road within 2.5 hours. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Mindy and team. Best experience I have had in the past 10 years.

    We bought a vehicle from Cadillac of Las Vegas in 2016. During the end of that process, when we met with the finance manager, SHAWN ADLER, wanted to sell... us the Pre-Paid Maintenance Plus plan. We normally don't purchase plans like this, but she assured us that it would cover the spark plugs during the 100,000 mile service. Fast forward to 2020, and it is time to get the 100,000 mile service with spark plug replacement... but of course IT ISN'T COVERED. So basically we were lied to by SHAWN ADLER, and when we called her to discuss it, she said she was "new back then and didn't really know all the service plans".... so $1000 dollars for a maintenance plan that didn't cover what she said it would cover. Cadillac of LV's service department is crap, Britten is rude and dismissive and a terrible service writer, avoid him at all costs. Now we will continue to go to Findlay Cadillac and not deal with Cadillac of LV again because they are liars, rude, dismissive. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS in any way!

    drove by and a vehicle parked up front had an advertised sale price on it. I took it for a test drive and decided to by it. When I wads presented with... the paperwork the price had been inflated by $500 and there was an additional $699 paperwork charge plus some other unknown fees. When asked, the salesman just responded well, thats the price in the computer.

    Long time Cadillac owner EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of professionalism and courtesy I dropped off my Cadillac XLR on September 19th for a Service... tire pressure sensor and diagnose a fault in the AFL headlamp. I received a voicemail from the service advisor on 09/24 to discuss repair. After ascertaining next steps I called the advisor and received his voicemail, at that time I informed him that I would decline the repairs and requested a total for the diagnostic charges. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. On 9/26 I called and left an additional message, on 9/30 I left another message, on Oct 4th I left another massage, On October 7th I finally got in touch with the advisor who proceeded to tell me he left numerous messages and could prove it with a call log. (I receive messages from everyone else however for some reason my phone mysteriously failed to get messages from Cadillac over a period of 3 weeks???? NO WAY) On October 8th I sent my employee to Cadillac to pick up the vehicle. When he returned I was shocked by the condition of the car. It literally looked like it was left outside the entire time and had, heavy layers of dust, bird feces and water spots all over it. On top of that I was charged $351.68 for their "diagnostic time" which consisted of plugging in a Tech2 scan tool. As an owner of a Maserati, Audi, and Porsche I am extremely disappointed that a luxury brand such as Cadillac would treat customers in that fashion. My old service advisor (Al Smith) was courteous, professional and trustworthy. I suggest your organization make it a priority to employ customer facing representatives that actually have a clue about relationships and customer service.
