Britten was great to deal with all around! Terrific customer service and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I?m not a huge fan of going to dealerships for service but this was no-hassle, transparent throughout.

My service provider Hope was great in addressing all concerns and answered all my questions. She kept me updated. It was an overall great experience. The waiting room could use some additional comforts but overall OK.
