I applied for financing and sent them a message and got no response. I checked to see if they even checked my credit history and there was nothing. Maybe different if called or went there.

They got back to me in a timely manner and answered my question. The vehicle did not meet my requirements so I declined to go any further.

I had been looking for a pickup and found one on their site. Since I am over 200 miles away, I called to verify if it was there and the details of the truck. I spoke to Joey, he was very polite and answered all my questions. The next day I drove the 200 plus miles, once there everybody was very courteous, Joey showed me the truck and it was exactly as stated on the site. Joey was very personable, no pressure, and was very professional. I bought the truck and drove it over 200 miles back home, it drove very nice. I am extremely pleased and will recommend I-Deal Cars to everybody looking for a vehicle, I will buy from I-Deal Cars again.

I got a 2009 subaru from here said had head gaskets done on it ! Had the car for about 3 months it started to over heat ! So i got the head gaskets done again ! My tech said someone did the gaskets but didnt torq down the head bolts so it leak air into the cooling system ! I Went back to this to them ! With no reply ! The thing who every does there car repairs are not good at it ! So know with a bunch of other problems going on now ! I am getting a another car!

Nice salesperson, efficient service. Good prices. But found a lot of burned out bulbs, tail lights, interior lights when we drove it home. I realized it was used but we were under the impression they focus on making sure the car is sound and without problems. So that was a little disappointing.

Asked about trade in value for my truck sent them 10s of pictures and information wouldnt even give me a estimate without driving several hours there.
