Cliff understood immediately that I had done my homework and knew what I wanted, and he focused in on finding the right car for me. Couldn't be happier with what he delivered! He knew the car well, and walked thru the features at a pace that was appropriate. I had entered all my info online and received pre-approval for financing. There were some glitches with this info accurately transferring to the paperwork at closing, so a bit of extra time was required to resolve. No big deal, and certainly a systems issue -- completely happy with all the folks in the process. Looking forward to enjoying the new car!
