Karifa was great to work with to purchase my new vehicle!

Karifa was great to work with to purchase my new vehicle! I appreciate his patience and the time he took to explain to me each of the vehicles I considered purchasing. He additionally went out of his way on a day that time was limited and the weather was horrible to test drive a vehicle in Silver Spring that I found online the night before. Even the day of delivery he was very patient in explaining everything I needed to know about my new vehicle.

Steve is the most honest and trustworthy employee.

Steve is the most honest and trustworthy employee. His customer service skills are exceptional. It was a great experience talking and resolving the Hermes module reprogramming. He walked me up to my car and gave me a handshake on the way out. One thing I have to say.. The guys at the parts department never smile come on guys you’re not at a funeral!! I spent $750.00 on a SD card for my navigation. Same day when I went to pick up my car I asked at the parts department for the price of a rubber seal in the trunk. The parts personnel looked like he is at a funeral I could not even get a smile from him at the desk, when I asked how has your day been. He did not want to be bothered and did not even answer. But he did confirm a price. Steve had me smiling on the way out. Saved the day!! Next time I will buy parts and accessories online I am never going to interact with the guys at parts. It’s clear they don’t like me… My 5 star rating is for Steve. My rating for the parts department is negative 5! They are terrible at both occasions. Thanks. Amit
