Elaina our salesperson was wonderful.

Elaina our salesperson was wonderful. Responded quickly to all of our phone calls with questions. Organized and completed all the documents so when we drove from MA to MD most of the paperwork was done . The car was exactly as described and ready for us to take home after we signed the documents. Dorit in the finance department was also pleasant to work with. Overall, a great experience with pleasant helpful people guiding us along the way. We love the car and recommend Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring MD. Happy customers!

Cliff was extremely understanding, quick, and accommodating. He helped me save a 202 mile trip working with his manager to get me the best deal. I would highly encourage working with him if you’re going through MB in Silver Spring. I am sure the other folks are good, but why take the chance. Just go with the best.
