We had a good experience overall and would definitely return to buy from John Durkin again! He was incredibly patient and genuinely committed to ensuring we were satisfied—not just during the sale, but even after everything was finalized. The financing process went smoothly, though we do regret purchasing the Zurich Shield. The application left messy streak marks and what felt like overspray bumps on the car. We were the first customers to work with a new leather repair specialist, and unfortunately, the results didn’t meet our expectations. That said, the team did everything they could to make it right, and we truly appreciated their effort—even if the outcome wasn’t ideal. However, we were promised something extra to make up for the poor experience, but haven’t heard anything further on that. The service department, however, left something to be desired. Despite being told I’d receive follow-up calls, I had to reach out multiple times when no one got back to me. Important details discussed beforehand were missing at the time of the appointment, and items that were supposed to be looked into ahead of time were not addressed. On a positive note, the actual repairs were excellent and the loaner cars were a big plus. The detailing shop also fell short—especially after the leather repairs required several return visits. We eventually took the car to a professional detailer, and the difference was night and day. In summary, while there were a few bumps along the way, our overall experience was positive—thanks in large part to John Durkin’s exceptional service.
