We were in and out of the dealership in just a few hours with the purchase of our new X5. Umut the sales rep was great. Gave us the trade in value we wanted and was very patient in explaining the feature#s of our new car. We would highly recommend this dealership.

When I first purchased a certified pre-owned car, on the

When I first purchased a certified pre-owned car, on the way home to Boston a “repair needed” light came on. I returned the car and it was fixed. A year later the same error light came on. My local BMW dealer indicated the first repair was incomplete. I called BMW of Cape Cod. They examined the vehicle and took full ownership for the situation. They gave me a loaner (a brand new car!), and repaired my car. They installed all new components rather than just “repair” the car. It would have been a costly repair but they fully absorbed all expenses. I even got a coupon for a free car wash and window/floor cleaning. They were remarkable and they did right by me.

Bad service mechanics dont do a thorough job and dont

Bad service mechanics dont do a thorough job and dont honor their work Repeatedly have to have everything they fix fixed again. Everything they touch has to be repaired again and they charge you for it. Will never honor their own work and cant take responsibility for their repairs. They dont listen to customers and cant be trusted to perform a job efficiently

I have over the years bought many BMW autos.

I have over the years bought many BMW autos. Have always dealt with James Carbonell. He is very professional does his best to get you a good deal. No pressure. Would be hesitant t purchase a car from a different dealer.

This is the third BMW we have purchased from this dealership and have been very pleased with their professionalism. James Carbonell, client advisor, always made us feel like a valued customer. Richard Harrington would always make a point of saying hello and checking if there was anything we needed. Service advisors have always been competent and friendly. Highly rate this dealership.

The sales person that I dealt with, was very slow to

The sales person that I dealt with, was very slow to respond to questions. The vehicle has been listed online and no photos, I was told that they still couldn’t get photos even though I’ve been listed for almost 2 weeks. He was also told that all of the Work on the vehicle have been done at their dealership, but when I asked for Carfax to support that documentation it wasn’t on there at all. Then they sent me some records from their dealership that still didn’t cover lifetime of the vehicle. All in all, the whole situation was very shady And not in line with the customer service. I would expect from a BMW dealership. Very disappointed.

Tim was excellent! Incredibly kind, straight forward, helped me find the exact car I wanted, and made sure it met my needs. The whole buying experience was amazingly smooth. Premier was super accommodating and I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle.
