Worst service and advisor that I’ve ever got. Bought my 750i in for new brakes, sunroof shade and coolant checked. I understand that parts are backordered, but advisor had no idea what she was talking about. Told me front brakes were changed and not rear, but in reality rear were changed and not front. What a mess. On top of that I got a quote for coolant lines to be replaced, I got a call and email quote within two days the advisor called me 10 minutes before they closed and said she gave me the wrong quote which would be 400 more than first quote. What another mess. On top of that the sunroof shade that they said they fixed ends up bunching up and messed up 1 day after I got my car back. I reached out to the service manager Myles and made an appointment with him, but when I arrive they said he took the day off. I left my car for the advisor and asked for the general manager’s assist. Richard the general manager was the rudest guy I’ve ever spoke to. He offered 1k off of a service that they said was almost 3k (The service that they messed up to begin with). Honestly from the advisor Meave to the service manager Myles to the general manager Richard, they were not knowledgable and all cared about the money not customer satisfaction. I understand that there’s short staff everywhere but this was a very very expensive car to be messing around with. I was so disappointed I rather go to local shop than dealerships now.

Car had problems as soon as I left the lot
After buying a used car and told their name brand matters the most, I was sent on a run around over a drive malfunction light. First they “reset” the light and tell me they found nothing wrong. As soon as I left the light came back on. It took them weeks before finding me a rental to fix the issue and finally I drove there myself and when they “fixed” the issue the car was still shaking and making sounds. Turn it back in and they found no shaking. Asked them if the sounds and shaking was normal, they said yes. Sure enough the car will not shift gears now. Haven’t had the car for more than 7 months, the car being in the shop a lot of that time.
They have this b/s "Pure Price" thing, which means they won't even entertain offers. Keep an eye on the web site, though, and a few weeks later that supposedly bottom line price will creep lower. It's a scam - Stay away from these thieves.

Love the BMW 335i M sport I bought but had the worst buying experience of any dealership I have ever been to from BMW of Cape Cod. The incompetence was mind blowing. They waited almost a month before sending the pay off payment on the car I traded in making the car payment late. I haven't had a late payment in on anything in 7 years. The car was supposed to be detailed ("as if it was going on the show room floor") one of the 2 times I dropped it off to get the spoiler fixed that never happened and the spoiler didn't get fixed either. I ended up detailing the car and fixing the spoiler myself! I didn't even get the key chain promised either. What dealership has you make the call to get the pay off amount for the car you are trading in? I will never give them another penny. The only reason that car will go back there is for warranty work and that's it......

Friendly, professional and timely. I called in the morning and did not have an appointment. They accomadated me in the time I desired and completed the service as promised.

Terrific dealership. Very responsive to customers. There was very accurate reporting of the check-up process and it was all done on time.
It was easy to schedule a convenient date and time. Nicholas Earle and Maeve Maher were thorough and professional. And whoever cleaned the car did an amazing job!
I received immediate attention when I arrived to drop-off my car. The people in-charge of the service-desk were also very attentive and helpful. When I returned to get my car, initial person in-charge of my service was occupied with another customer. So, another employee at the service-desk came to help. This the type of service from BMW that you expect. I give your service folks an A+ grade.
