I had my wife’s car in for service and recognized Mr. Larson as I had spoken to him previously about a potential used car for my son. I consider myself well researched but was very impressed not only that he was willing to indulge my questions, but how very knowledgeable he is about the new XC90 my wife and I are considering as our next major purchase.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and pleasant. They took the time to answer all our questions and we are glad we bought a vehicle from them.

This was a long distance purchase. Peter Larson and Demir Sabolcec made the process extremely transparent and easy. Peter was exceptionally knowledgeable of the vehicle and the products in general. Negotiating the price was straight forward. They were fair enough on the trade-in. Everything was transparent. When I arrived at the dealership Peter was prepared. The rest of the process went smoothly. Demir the finance guy found a competitive loan with great terms, He explained the warranties very well. There was no pressure to add on. Again everything was transparent and explained very well. It was a pleasure working with Demir. I added on a coating to the vehicle at the last minute near the end of the day. Peter and the service department applied it promptly so I could get on my way for a 4 hour drive home. I thought that was above and beyond! The dealership was very nice. They obviously foster a great atmosphere and good ethics. I would defiantly recommend them for any purchase.

Peter, Eric and Noah were amazing in making the process of buying a car easy and fun. Peter explained and showed us everything about the new car that we needed to know. Noah and Peter made the pricing and trade work for us with upfront and simple pricing. Eric made the financing easy and simple to understand. We bought our eleventh Volvo from Volvo of Silver Spring. We bought a EV C40. The car was the only model of its kind on hand and it had everything we wanted— color, options, and4-wheel drive. Joe Devlin clinched our decision when he asked where we planned to drive the car— locally — and he gave us a big grin and thumbs up.

This was the best vehicle shopping and purchasing experience I've ever had the joy of participating in. Peter Larson was my main point of contact, but as he was quick to point out, there is a whole team of exceptional individuals who easily worked well together and supported each other all toward the customer's benefit. I made 3 visits to the dealership: the 1st two to discuss and test drive, and the 3rd to purchase and drive my new car home. During all three visits it became obvious that this team truly worked together as a cohesive unit to help ensure that my family could get the vehicle we needed, the options we wanted, and within the budget and timeframe that worked for our unique circumstances. Peter, Eric, Noah, Bruce, and Jose were professional, knowledgeable, and caring active listeners. Every other staff member I encountered on the sales floor, at the coffee machine, or even when walking in from the parking lot, all were extremely professional and helpful.
