The salesman went out of their way to explain everything. Adrian picked up the car and had it washed since I was in on my lunch when I purchased the car.

I was met by Tom Stevens in the parking lot he is very couteous and seems genuinely interested in your customers needs I felt at ease in his response to all of my questions. He answered alot of my concerns without me asking a positive sign of an experienced salesman. Tom also made me feel that Borman is interested in me long after I finalized my deal I called today and he answered my three questions without hesitation.

I am doing this rewiew to correct the Star ratings from my previous rewiew from yesterday my apologies to Mr. Tom Stevens and to all employees at Bormans Autoplex my comments still stand but would like to also thank Tom and his bosses for going the extra mile and delivering my new truck to my house about 70 miles away. Thank you very much.

This was my 3rd purchase from Borman Auto Plex of Las Cruces. I have owned 8 Hyundai's and currently still own 5 today. My 4 daughters each drive a hyundai that I purchased for them. 3 of these I purchased from Borman's. I will definitely purchase from Borman again!!

These people made me drive all the way from El Paso just to low ball me on an offer to my 2017 trade in. They wanted to run my credit without an offer to my car and once I said no. They low balled my car and the manager didn't even want to speak to me. The manager was the one who told me to come. I had a 2017 trade in with great credit. This is the worst treatment I have gotten in any dealer in my life. To tell you the truth they probably did me a favor. Beware of sharks in this horrible Honda dealer....

I was initially skeptical about going to Borman due to an experience there with a salesman who is no longer employed there but the price of the vehicle I was interested in was so good I had to check it out. I am glad I did because I love my new car and the purchasing experience was pleasant. Carlo was professional and courteous. He and a couple of the staff even stayed after hours to help me with my purchase. I highly recommend Borman Autoplex, especially Carlo in sales and Freddie in finance.

Duane Perrault did and outstanding job answered all of our questions and was very professional. He did an outstanding job. The show room floor was very clean as well as the bathrooms. Everybody was very friendly.

The dealership and Salesmen handled the sale beautifully. I love the way they did it. they made my first time buying a new car quick and painless and for that I am thankful.

things have changed since the last attempts to purchase a vehicle at Borman, the staff is friendly willing to work with you. I would recommend this dealership great inventory, and selection.
