One week ago we purchased our new 2015 Hyundai Accent from Borman Autoplex of Las Cruses. We were needing a replacement car for my wife's 2010 Ford Focus that was totaled by the insurance company for extreme hail damage received from a storm on July 10. We had checked one dealer in El Paso, but decided to investigate Borman because of their huge inventory. We saw a special advertised online and submitted our contact information. We were called by salesman David Whitman and explained our situation to him. We anticipated needing to buy a used vehicle due to costs, and he offered to research their inventory and set an appointment to meet us. Upon arriving, David met us and had three different vehicles already selected for us to view. He worked with us and showed us several options before we settled on the new 2015 Hyundai. Each time he made certain my wife was situated and comfortable in test driving each vehicle. We were then connected with Sarah in the financial department while David took the car to have it washed and filled with gasoline. We had assumed car shopping would be a lengthy process, and were pleasantly surprised to conclude everything in one afternoon. There was absolutely no pressure throughout the entire process, and David has followed up with us since buying the car to make certain everything is satisfactory. When we are ready to replace our other vehicle, Borman and David Whitman will be our very first contact. We look forward to many years and a great relationship with the folks at Borman.

I visited Boreman Autoplex not looking for a vehicle but going with my boyfriend and his family that was looking for a vehicle. Duane Perrault took the time to show them not only what they planned to look at but more. After discussing all the information given to us by Duane to my mom, she decided to help me look for a car there. I had already decided on what car I was getting but Duane made sure to show me the different colors and all the features, which was perfect for my parents and I. I've had my car for a month now and am very happy to say that buying my first car at Boreman Autoplex was a good experience. Thanks to Duane and everyone who made it possible!

I guess there's no way around how long it takes to buy a car. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and with a pre-approved loan, and it still took three hours. I would love to have been in and out in under an hour.

I dreaded going car shopping! I didn't want to deal with "car salesmen" and was worried about them being pushy. However, from the moment I drove up to Borman, Jason (aka Fluffy) was nothing but helpful and courteous. He knew his stuff and was able to answer all my questions. He made the whole experience a good one and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for a fabulous salesman!
