We bought a brand new vehicle here. Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. When trying to sell an extended warranty, the finance manager lied and said no company will pay for the computer system on an extended warranty. We said Geico does and he said, "No they don't. I have Geico too and their extended warranty doesn't cover it. You'll never have another chance to buy this coverage if you don't accept it now." Well, I called Geico and they DO cover the computer system on the extended warranty. We cancelled this coverage with the dealership within 12 hours. That was 4 months ago and they still have our $2200. A finance manager who lies and then keeps the money even though we canceled within 12 hours on a Saturday morning. I recommend you save yourself the drama of this dealership and find a reputable dealership in El Paso or even Tucson Arizona. This mistake of buying from this dealership cost me $2200 and lots of frustration. I hope we can save someone else this trouble.

They are deceptive. After 3 hours of waiting for the contract, it was then that they wrote the contract with an extended warranty and some subscription service included. It was never mentioned before hand. I would never recommend using them for purchasing or servicing a car.

We got a really nice car, and a great deal all around so that we could have the car at a price we can afford. I really liked how it was important for them that they we were completely happy with the purchase.

Lied to
I would give a 0 if possible. I had been talking to the internet manager for a long time looking for s specific car and deal. At Christmas, he contacted me saying it was there and that I should come in. I did and he spent a lot of time trying to up sell me. I wasted over 3.5 hours there. Then, without speaking of price, (partly my fault), he directed me to "the" car for a test drive and when all was said and done, I wanted it until he came in with a price from the sales manger that was over 4 thousand dollars more that the deal I was looking for. He lied just to get me in there as they did not have "that"car. They were willing to make a deal on the one he wanted me to buy, about $3300 dollars more than what I had told him I wanted to spend. They were amazed when I got up and walked out. i will never go back and I will tell anyone who will listen what crocks they are. It is too bad as the previous time I had shopped there, I liked the salesman and bought the car. He took care of me. There was a little problem then but nothing I could not overlook. This time, however, it was a blatant switch and bate. Liars, cheats, and thieves!

My husband and I had a very good experience buying a car.
Mr. Ruben Arvizu was super helpful and helped us fund what we wanted and worked with us to get price that was reasonable. Also want to throw shout out to Mr. Freddie Maestas who made life very easy signing and bringing deal together. Thank you gentlemen you were great!!

Dishonest
We are considering a few suvs, so went to Borman to try a few. At second blush the salesman seemed ok (after being too talkative at the outset). But then after we established which vehicle we liked the best, we began talking about trade-in value. He brought out NADA information, noting that Kelly blue book was not reliable, and noted all the minuses for our vehicle. He went to the sales manager a few times for instruction? Then he kept pushing and pushing. We said we had to leave, as being pushed is not a good sales technique for us and we assume others. When we got home, we looked up the NADA information on our own and saw that the Borman sales team had neglected all the positives for our vehicle (low mileage, some major trim upgrades, etc.) which would have resulted in a significantly higher trade-in value. So they purposely misrepresented the trade in value. In retrospect it was a negative experience with dishonest car salesmen, typical car salesman behavior?
