2013 Nissan Juke Diagnostic

Brian helped me with most of the process of the repair request. Antim officially helped me with the repair scheduling and beginning process. I know my vehicle has a lot of miles and had known to have many issues. Desperately and hopeful of having my car fixed with easy-simple work and not spending so much on repairs, unfortunately my car had many issues and it would cost much higher than my budgeted ideal repair costs. I did receive a report with a slew of error codes and suggested maintenance repairs. And adding that the mechanic-tech stated that overall it may still have additional issues not yet (fully) confirmed after suggested repairs are done; engine replacement and such. Thank you, Brian Weisbond for the updated communication and details.

Ghosted Me After Car Becomes Unavailable

Started off great negotiating with Kala on a used car. I agreed to give them the final chance at sale as they requested. They had me send in my quotes from the other dealers so they could meet or beat the price. However the car they had became unavailable; I assume sold to someone else. No problem, except then the dealership completely ghosted me. No courtesy call to say the car was no longer available, and then they left me waiting for them to quote a price, thereby holding up my negotiations with other sellers. Very unprofessional and shows you what they really think of their customers.

Steer very clear of this dealership!

Where do I start with this dealership? I bought a gently used 2018 Nissan Leaf from them in the summer of 2020. Everything started well enough. We negotiated a fair price. But then I come to find out they charge you for two services that you can't opt out of. One was a top coat to protect the paint, and I frankly don't remember the other. When I said I didn't want either, they said it's not an option - it's built in. After the test drive they said it came with a Level 2 charger (240V). Later they realized it actually didn't, but said they would honor their word since they said it would. I'll get to that in a minute. Next, they tell me it comes with a spare tire. They seemed very proud of that point, like it was a selling point. What car doesn't come with a spare tire? Well, this one apparently because it doesn't. Instead it comes with a pump and internal sealer. Next, I asked them to buff out some scratches, which they agree to. We go through with the sale. I'm signing paperwork with the finance dept only to find the title is still in the original owner's name. They insist they've dealt with it, but I find out 2 months later that they didn't. Had to go back to re-sign forms as they gave us the wrong ones. They took the car for 1 week to buff out the scratches (gave me a loaner), and I find that they buffed one of the scratches out, but not the other larger one. When I picked up the car, they handed me a charging adaptor calling it a charger. I had to explain to them that it wasn't. Clearly they don't understand EVs, and I'm guessing they don't sell many of them. After calling for 2 MONTHS to get the correct charger they promised me, they eventually said it was too expensive and they went back on their word. I hate buying cars because of people like this. They truly embody the slimy, shady, incompetent car dealer persona that leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth. I would steer clear of this dealership with every fiber of my being. Would give them 0 stars if Google let me.
