Multiple purchases, great experiences every time!
I have been a long time customer, working with Steve Heinze every time. I have personally purchased 4 cars, as well as my father and mother in law. My mother in law lives in Wisconsin, and Steve had her car delivered to her, and bringing her trade in back. He has always been fair, honest, and reliable. If any of my purchases were not what I had hoped for, he ensured that I got what I desired. He has always given generous prices for our trade in's. I have recommended numerous other friends to purchase cars from him, knowing that they will get nothing but the best from him. I can say with 100% confidence that all of my future purchases will be with the Rohrman group as long as it is Steve that I get to work with.

Stress free
I have akways shopped cars,com before purchasing any vehicle. I have bought 6 vehicles from the Bob Rohrman Group and 4 of those used vehicles from UCM Steve Hines! This time a used nissan and he took extra care with me because I was looking for something special. He even gave me a extra set of keys when I didn't even ask for them. Arlington Nissan
Looking for a nice used car for my daughter, I was immediately impressed with the customer service at Arlington Nissan. Having shopped at several other dealerships in the area, the quality of customer service was far beyond any of my other experiences. Working with "Stephan", I was able to look at many cars and never felt rushed or unwanted. With the help of the very knowledgeable used car manager (Steve Heinz), I was able to find the right car for the right price. While buying a car isn't an experience I'm particularly fond of, the guys at Arlington Nissan made it as simple and painless as possible and for a good price. My daughter loves her 06' Maxima!

I just want to say that I have had two buying experiences at Arlington Nissan for used cars. I first went in with my brother & purchased a used SUV, Steve Heinze was the used car manager who was absolutely wonderful throughout the buying process. He was very helpful & did not pressure us at all. Very informative as to what the vehicle was all about. I was so happy with the process, I took my niece there when she was looking for a vehicle. She ended up buying again from Steve Heinze. Again, very pleasant & helpful with what my niece was looking for. I would not hesitate in sending friends or family into Arlington Nissan to buy from Steve Heinze. I will also be buying a preowned vehicle in the spring, and I am sure it will be at Arlington Nissan.

purchased 2010 armada
I recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Armada from Yegor and Steve in the used car department great truck. Had the found a small chip in the windshield brought it back the next day and they were kind enough to replace for free thanks guys!

I own a Maxima with 143,00 miles,and it still runs great, so while I am not in a hurry to purchase a car right now, I know that a new car is probably something I need to think about. I was pleasantly suprised by the staff at Arlington Nissan, it was a total no pressure experience. Steve Heinze was very helpful in explaining all the options available to me, when I mentioned that I may not be ready to buy right now, he continued to be helpful and very informative. When I am finally ready to buy my next Nissan, I know that I will definitely work with Steve. I appreciated his advice and his mild approach.

Shopping for a used car and was very pleased with the serivice I receieved at Arlington Nissan. Thes guys know there stuff. Steve Heinze, the saleman I talked with was very knowledgeable about the models I was looking at. What a positive experience.

Purchased a used Nissan Altima
Went to this dealership to look at a used Altima that I found on cars.com. When I came in I did not tell them I found this car online but they still gave me the online price which is surpricing for a dealer to do because few other places tried to tell me that the price of the car was the KBB retail price. These people were wonderful to work with both my salesman Nazar and the used car sales manager Steve Heinze. They were amazing to work with, I was treated professionally and in timely matter. I came in for the car that i wanted at the price that I wanted and they honored everything they wrote on here as far as price. If I ever need another car or any of my family members need a car this is the only place I will send them to.

Rude, lack of professionalism, and disrespect
I emailed and called a few dealerships looking for a used 4x4 in my price range. I ended up buying from a personal seller. When i relayed that information to the Used Car Manager Steve Heinze at Arlington Nissan this was his reply. -----Original Message----- From: s.heinze To: coops217 Sent: Tue, Oct 4, 2011 7:43 am Subject: get what u pay for Hi Elizabeth, Congratulations, hope you have good luck with your Mitsubishi, truck is rates a 2 out of a possible 10. Engine worse than average with 4 engine sensors that cost 168 plus labor I hope you dont need to service. I hope you paid alot less. I will be contacting Nissan to let them know how I was treated as a possible customer, and how I will never consider that dealership ever for a purchase new or used.
