    We found a good vehicle here, and our salesperson, Jesus Velasco, was very helpful and kind. Jesus focused on finding a vehicle that would suit our... needs. Unfortunately, the Finance Manager, Bill Doyle, was not helpful at all, and he acted as if he didn't know how to complete the transaction. He blamed others for the mistakes on our documents and got flustered when we insisted he should get the dollar amount correct and our names spelled correctly. We were pre-approved from our financial institution, yet we had to do a lot of legwork on our own to complete the deal. He made it much more stressful than it needed to be. Other employees were either cranky or uninterested in helping us, but Jesus was very professional.

    Found the truck I was looking for online 2016 Chevy 2500HD. Mark Hughes contacted me and from that point on was a very informative and non pressured experience.... Mark answered all my questions and went out of his way to accommodate what I was looking for. Spent the total of 3 hrs at the dealership. From test drive to finish.     Easy to work with and listened to what I was wanting before making it happen. Answered every question thoroughly and from what I can tell honestly. Even... offered to postone my purchase detail until weather was better so I didn't just immediately ruin it. Jeff worked hard to make the deal doable and Will was smooth and seamless in the proccessing of the finance paperwork.

    Took my father in law to Jim Norton Chevy today to pick up his new 2500hd. It was a very seamless transaction with no games or gimmicks. The new car was... priced well and they were very fair on his trade. Mark Koopmans helped steer us in the right direction before handing over us to John who took more than enough time showing us the ins and outs of the new truck. After we agreed to the deal Derek handled the finance transaction and explained very thoroughly the best warranty options for him. I couldn't have been happier with the entire transaction. We were in and out in about an hour!! Thanks guys!!
