This has been the worst experience i have ever had in a

This has been the worst experience i have ever had in a car dealership without exception. Amber and Shawn Hammond and the entire finance/accounting dept has not been helpful in any way with getting us a signed title letter. we have been asking for a signed title letter to show the vehicle was paid off by the dealership so we could obtain our title from the state. We have called so many times and emailed without any help on this very simple task. our vehicle was paid for in cash. I will be in contact with the General manager and Vice president about the complete failure to take care of a customer after the sale. This has been going on for over a year.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying my new 2025 Chevrolet Colorado XR2 at Jim Norton. My salesperson, Chip Sellers, was incredibly knowledgeable and so patient. He took the time to explain all the features and benefits of the vehicle, and he answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt like he was truly looking out for my best interests, he kept going back and forth making the negotiating work for what I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted in a monthly payment, not just trying to make a sale and a commission. The price was fair, honest and transparent, and the entire transaction was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend Chip Sellers to anyone looking for a new or Used truck or car!" He is the "BEST" Honest Sale Rep Out There!!!!!

We went to this dealership after shopping online. Once we got there, the salesman asked what we were interested in, and was able to show us what they had in inventory. I liked having choices.

Christian was new but a very responsible salesperson with my recent Tahoe purchase. Sales Manager Robert Ankney is knowledgeable and friendly during the process of negotiating Trade In Value and meeting my financial expectations. I recommend Jim Norton in Broken Arrow for your Chevy buying experience and your auto Maintenace needs. I also use Jim Norton T-Town at Memorial and 51st for Maintenace as it is convenient to my work. Russel is knowledgeable, courteous and provides expedient service time for my maintenance needs. I highly recommend both of the Jim Norton Chevy Dealerships for your auto needs.

Sales staff was friendly.

Sales staff was friendly. However, I would avoid buying anything that isn't a Chevrolet from here. Turns out, their knowledge of Honda is close to nothing. They are certainly willing to quickly sell your a vehicle.
