    Never, in fact they lost a customer while trying to settle this 3 months ago. Took our new Camaro in for decals to be added. Received gills instead. Then the next morning my wife put her stuff in the back to find multiple cigarette burns and ashes all over the backseat. The service manager over the phone told me I was lying, and they wouldn't pay for it. That was near three months ago. I went back today because I'd never heard back. Same service manager again was rude, and completely inonsiderate. I'll gladly pay any price to not go back

I hope you're enjoying them once we got them switched out for you. Your car looks great! I'm not sure what happened with the cigarette burns, but I'll look into it. We have a very strict no smoking policy in place, especially in service as you can imagine! However, I would love to work with you on getting them repaired!     Review of My Salesman : Michael Lusnak was the Salesman involved on My Purchase of the 2007 Hyundai on March 15th 2016. Mr. Lusnak is an exceptional person / salesman to deal with on any purchase made at Jim Norton Dealerships... His Character , Knowledge , and Personality would be Rated as : "Professional" . Mr. Lusnak has been the "ONLY" Salesman that I've encountered that is more interested in allowing someone interested in a Vehicle to "Take-Time" before approaching with any questions about "What Can I Sell You Today" ??? Mr. Lusnak presented Himself with No Pressure and Many Questions about : What Characteristics are You Looking For in an Automobile ??? ... and "THAT" is what eased the tensions on dealing with any "Used-Car Salesmen" . Mr. Michael Lusnak has been the Kindest , Most Patient , and Knowledge-able / Helpfull Salesman that I've ever encountered . He's A 5-STAR Salesman !!! ( ... and , I may be returning with another person that I've told about My Experience with Mr. Lusnak , and She is interested in the purchase of a Vehicle too !!! I'll probably be visiting Mr. Lusnak again next week . Thank-you.
