Michael always helps me with my Vehicles. I have two Chevy's that he take very good care of if it preventive maintenance or new tires! He gets it done!

We had such an awesome experience when buying our used car at Jim Norton Chevy. Daryon was so knowledgeable and helpful. He is also just a super nice guy and so easy to work with. I highly recommend reaching out to him when buying a used car. Overall excellent service at Jim Norton Chevy from beginning to end.

Chris was very helpful in helping me with the decisions on the maintenance of my 2500 Chevy pickup. Have not been dissatisfied with his help and advice. Great service consultant, very knowable and pleasant to work with when the turbo on the pickup went down. Always friendly

went in on Monday January 22 2024 (slick icy day cold

went in on Monday January 22 2024 (slick icy day cold day) I had called Jesus to make sure he still had the truck. This was the most stress free vehicle i have ever bought I'm 75 so I'v bought a few. everything went well from getting a good price and trade. Then JESUS and 2 others went out in the cold and helped me take my camper shell off my trade in and put it on my truck i bought.It was really cold but they stayed out in the cold till we were done.

I feel like I am the only customer they have when Chris

I feel like I am the only customer they have when Chris helps me out. He checks on the items I need, plans out my work and I am in and out as if I am the most important person to them. It's like having concierge service. I will not take my car anywhere else.
