Not willing to go more on trade or to reduce the price of

Not willing to go more on trade or to reduce the price of the vehicle to compare for low offer on trade. Also found the original window price sticker in glove box and we paid 4,000 MORE than it was 1 year ago brand new. I realize this is a failure on our part to not do more research but you can bet that JN is price gouging along with many more dealerships.

Phillip was so helpful and kind.

Phillip was so helpful and kind. I really appreciated that he was never pushy. Jorge explained everything about the financing and was very friendly. For a big dealership the people had that small town kindness.

The only negative was the detailing Department there was grass on the floor mats when I went to vacuum it way more was underneath the floor mats and crumbs were on the back seat and dust on the dashboard. The detailing department is terrible

Nice staff. Great communication. Even gave me a full tank of gas and a wash when I bought a used car.

My experience was stellar.

My experience was stellar. Paul, our sales agent, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and answered any questions we had about the vehicle we wanted. If he didn't know the answer he asked someone else. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase our vehicle. Definitely will be going back when it's time.
