Easy purchase

Jorge and the staff at Jim Norton Chevrolet made my car buying experience less stressful. I wasn’t pressured to make my purchase immediately. I texted back the next morning to let them know I wanted the Honda Pilot and they held it for me until I could get there.

Great buying experience

Shelley was a wonderful sales perso. Very patient with us in finding the right vehicle for us. She was very knowledgeable and did everything she could to find the perfect fit. She also helped us with any questions or concerns we had. Great overall experience.

Helpful and Courteous

The sales staff, and financial managers are very proficient at their jobs. We appreciate the courtesy, and expertise afforded in helping us with out new 2018 Chevrolet Cruze. We love it!

Very pleasant, non pushy

We called ahead and told them the car we were interested in. They had it ready and all the info we needed by the time we got there. Very friendly service from all who were involved in our sale.

Pleasant experience

From the time I was greeted at the door till the time I drove away, was nothing but pleasant. Great salesman in Carl and listened and found the right vehicle for me. Great hospitality and comfortable environment. My time in finance was nice and easy. Was made to feel like a priority. Was set at ease when a member of Managment was someone had done business with on a previous Chevrolet. Couldn’t be happier.

Great customer service representative

We recently entered the used car market and quickly left said market with Mr. Patrick’s assistance. Chris took the time to show us a dozen vehicles. After listening to our needs as a family he was able to help us determine what vehicle would be perfect for us moving forward. We appreciated being able to walk the lot and not feel pressure during an already stressful time (making a large purchase). Thank you Chris Patrick!
